Enjoying pool once again

Sam and Ed are awesome! I am DIY re taking care of plumbing, but wanted to make sure there were no underground leaks. Even though they found no leaks, they went above and beyond to find the real issue!

WOW! they just left my home and the problem was found super fast! True professionals!! Everything was explained and I am engineering minded so there was no bs in there and they gave me an excellent solution without any problems or hesitation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

A truly professional organization that really knows their stuff. On first visit, they made a clear cut diagnosis of why and where the pool was leaking – cracked pipe under paver patio next to the pool. They pinned down the location of the crack exactly so patio disturbance was minimized. Quickly came back and cut out the bad section and spliced in new pipe in a way that was better than the initial install by the pool company.
You won’t find anyone better in NJ for sure.

Almost a week since the repair and haven’t lost a molecule of water it seems. Was losing almost an inch a day before the repair.

I am so glad I chose Pool Patcher to find my pool problem (air leaks in the system).They not only found the problems and eliminated them, but, they alerted me to a future problem that would happen later on in the pools life that would be replaced whenever I would have my pool company in to change my liner.The husband/ wife team were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.Thanks to them I will be enjoying my pool once again !

This company exceeded my expectations. I was impressed with Ed and his knowledge. I had issues with my in ground pool and needed verification of the pools plumbing lines prior to my concrete deck being poured. Ed came out during a terrential downpour because of my need to get this inspection done immediately and verified that all was good. Would definitely refer him. I appreciated the fact that he did this on Memorial day weekend and did not try to uncharge me. A class act.

Ed and Samantha were lifesavers to us. The pool was leaking from an unknown source and other companies were too busy to come but NJ Pool Patchers made the time even though they were swamped. Very nice people to deal with and they were able to locate the problem.

Cant speak highly enough of Sam and Ed. They responded to my voicemails promptly. They asked us to go through steps before scheduling a date to come out to find the leak in our pool. Those steps were diagnostic for us. This ultimately prevented them from having to visit whilst at the same time saving us a lot of money. We were able to isolate the leak and they guided us through how to repair it. How many companies do you know that would do that? Im keeping them in my cell phone contacts for the next time I have a leakage issue. Thanks so much! Nice to find a business willing to help and not focus entirely on profit! Ed and Sam are simply the best,,, had a few people come out and could not find the leak,, they had me do a few things before they came to save me money,, they knew it was a liner issue,, Ed put his crazy technology to work and patched the slit within 30 minutes.

If you have an issue with your pool leaking, don’t waste your time with anyone else. Ed (with Sam’s help) painstakingly diagnosed our problem and for the first time in seven years, our slow leak has been fixed!

Called on a Monday morning about a leak in my pool and came out that afternoon. Ed was able to locate the leak quickly and fix the leak within a couple hours. I cant thank Ed enough for finding my leaks that I had 18000 people try to find that couldnt but took my money. So yes skeptical on anyone to find the problem. A great experience! They came out to help open our pool that hasn’t been touched in almost 3 years, smelled like death, and got it up and running for our family. They even gave us money saving tips, instructions on how to run the pool to avoid the high cost of maintenance contracts, and any follow up information we would need they would just be a phone call away. FYI they specialize in Leak Repair so doing this work was out of their normal activities but realized we needed the help so they came and did everything we needed. I would recommend them to all, those who want to run their pools themselves for their knowledge with experience and those who want the hand free professional care.

The Pool Patcher team was a huge help to me this summer. Great people to deal with. You deal directly with the owners of this small business. Sam guided me through the process to more easily determine where our pool leak was. They were able to come sooner than expected and found the leak and repaired it. They dont do anything but leak detection and repair so they dont try to sell anything else that isnt needed. Intelligent and ethical company!! You won’t find many businesses like this anymore. Spoke to Ed about an air leak on my pool pump that had been diagnosed by several other pool companies who were not able to fix the problem. Ed was able to help me find the leak over the phone at no charge!! This company really cares about customer service and are actual pool professionals. I cant thank NJ Pool Patcher enough. If you have any problems with your pool, I would highly recommend them. I moved into a house with a pool that had constant issues, leaks, etc. After spending thousands of dollars and using numerous different pool companies, these guys finally solved my problem. They were extremely friendly, responsive and helpful. Spent a half hour on the phone with me trying to alleviate my issue, without knowing me or charging me a dime.
