After multiple pool repair companies discussed removing 1/2 my pool surround and still never committing they could solve the leaks, I found Pool Patchers. In 1 trip they isolated the leak, confirmed no other leaks, and were able to repair right away. 2 years of issues solved in one trip. Samantha and Ed were a pleasure to work with. A great experience! They came out to help open our pool that hasn’t been touched in almost 3 years, smelled like death, and got it up and running for our family. They even gave us money saving tips, instructions on how to run the pool to avoid the high cost of maintenance contracts, and any follow up information we would need they would just be a phone call away. FYI they specialize in Leak Repair so doing this work was out of their normal activities but realized we needed the help so they came and did everything we needed. I would recommend them to all, those who want to run their pools themselves for their knowledge with experience and those who want the hand free professional care.

This is a 5 star company. I called because my pool lost about 10 inches of water over night. They came out the same day and used some sonar device, found two holes and patched. They checked up a couple days later and everything has been great since. I highly recommend!!

Intelligent and ethical company!! You won’t find many businesses like this anymore. Spoke to Ed about an air leak on my pool pump that had been diagnosed by several other pool companies who were not able to fix the problem. Ed was able to help me find the leak over the phone at no charge!! This company really cares about customer service and are actual pool professionals. Since our pool was installed several years ago, we have been experiencing leaks to the extent of 0.5″ water per day. Upon recommendation of a local pool supply company, I contacted NJ Pool Patcher late on Sunday afternoon and made an appointment with Sam for the following Wednesday. They came on-time, spent a couple of hours using several pieces and types of test equipment and identified the elusive leak (I think, as the repair has not been made yet, so I cannot confirm the results). I particularly liked the straightfoward and thorough explanation provided by owner Ed, with his having me actually listen to the instrumentation the same way he did. To be honest, I initially considered the price to be a little high, considering the amount of time spent on-site. However, considering the cost of their equipment, travel time and the potential savings if I can finally stop losing water, it is probably appropriate. Sam and Ed were reputable, professional and a pleasure to deal with, so I would definitely recommend them to help find pool (and other types of) leaks.

Ed and Sam are simply the best,,, had a few people come out and could not find the leak,, they had me do a few things before they came to save me money,, they knew it was a liner issue,, Ed put his crazy technology to work and patched the slit within 30 minutes.

NJ Pool Patcher fixed a leak that had been getting worse over the past several years. Ed and Samantha were responsive and worked with me over the phone to narrow down the issue (saving all of us some time). Awesome service at a fair and transparent price (easily beating their competitors). I hope I don’t have another leak, but if I do, I’ll definitely go back to them!

Pool loosing 1/2 inch of water every day for the past 2 years. Finally accepted the fact that we had a leak and it needed to be addressed. Called on a Monday morning about a leak in my pool and came out that afternoon. Ed was able to locate the leak quickly and fix the leak within a couple hours. If I can give this company 10 stars I would. First , Sam and Ed are the kindest most professional people I have ever met. I have been battling a pool issue since last year and no one seemed to get it right. I was losing so much water in my pool, I was sure it would cost me tens of thousands of dollars to fix. From the very first call Sam put me at ease and I knew I found the right company to save me. They scheduled me for an appointment almost immediately, showed up on time and within 30 minutes located the issue. They took the time to explain everything that was going on and got me running. They could have easily suggested a fix that would have required me to pay thousands of dollars more. Instead, they showed me what I needed to do and even offered to help walk us through how to fix it ourselves so we did not have to shell out any more cash. In this day and age their honestly truly shocked me. We ended up chatting for a few more minutes and by the time they left I wanted them to come back for a BBQ. As silly as this sounds, I felt like I found new friends. They are an amazing, knowledgeable duo and I am forever grateful I found them on line. I will never use anyone else for my pool leaks. Cant speak highly enough of Sam and Ed. They responded to my voicemails promptly. They asked us to go through steps before scheduling a date to come out to find the leak in our pool. Those steps were diagnostic for us. This ultimately prevented them from having to visit whilst at the same time saving us a lot of money. We were able to isolate the leak and they guided us through how to repair it. How many companies do you know that would do that? We noticed that our pool was losing water at a fairly significant rate. I called NJ Pool Patcher and spoke with Sam. She immediately started asking questions to ascertain whether the pool was leaking from the liner or whether it had to do with the pump and returns. They scheduled me for a service call within 2 days and were right on time. They went through the entire process and were meticulous until they uncovered the specific location of the leak. Ed employed technology using advanced leak detection which literally pinpointed where the water was escaping. Had we ignored the leak and let it continue the damage could have been considerable. I called a few companies and they all gave me their sales pitch on why they were the best. I could not recommend NJ Pool Patcher more highly. They were honest, thorough and genuinely good people. Hopefully we don’t experience any more significant issues, but if we do, NJ Pool Patcher will be the first call I make.
