I contacted Pool Patchers after being told by Pool Company “10 year old liner…replace it” I left them a message, they called back promptly. I made appointment and they KEPT the appointment. They found 1 small hole in 15 minutes, patched it, checked for more just in case. Great work, and great people. They even said my liner is in good shape. So don’t assume you need a new liner until you meet with these people!!!

Opened my pool this May to find that it was ankle deep. So clearly there was a major leak in the liner. The company that installed the liner couldn’t find the leak. I called two other companies and they asked a bunch of questions and couldn’t come out for weeks and couldn’t guarantee a price. Finally I found the right company. NJ Pool Patcher to the rescue! Ed knew exactly what it was over the phone, quoted me a price, and he and Sam came out to fix it that day! Thanks to them we were swimming in my pool over this past glorious weekend. Amazing company! Look no further if your pool is leaking. Seriously, what are you waiting for? Call them!

Really nice people.. came on time . Found leak quickly and repaired. Has been fine since. A little pricey but your paying for technology. Work guaranteed, can isolate and repair under concrete with minimal damage if needed. Samantha and Ed great!

We Can Highly recommend the services of NJ Pool Patch. They immediately recognize the amount of water our pool was leaking from our conversation and showed up the next day to pressure test and locate the leaks. They are a wonderful family owned business that truly care for their customers. They located the leaks, plugged them off and offered a solution to fix it.

Ed came on time and did a thorough job testing my pool for any and all leaks. He tested the liner and plumbing. He found one leak in a water return line and was able to repair it on the same visit, saving me money. He was knowledgable and professional. Great job Ed, thanks.

Unfortunately, I was not able to use this company, because I am out of their area, but that did not stop Samantha from returning my call and sending me a video on how to test the pool and referring me to someone she recommends in my area. I wanted to write a review, because I was so impressed with this customer service despite them not making any money off of me.

Extremely satisfied with the service that was provided by Ed at NJ Pool Patcher. He spent a good 10 minutes on the phone with me making sure it wasnt something I could fix on my own without having to spend on his services. HIs pricing was also better than some other companies I had reached out to for the same services. He Performed a thorough review of my concrete pool and located the leak. He gave me a price on the spot to have his partner company come out and perform the repair which I also thought was very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

I wish I knew about this company sooner! They answered right away and had something on the schedule within 3 days! We had multiple companies come to our pool to determine why we were losing water. No one could pinpoint the issue until the Pool Patcher team came. They determined our liner was fine and it was actually an issue with how our stairs settled. They fixed the issue the same day for a competitive price and everything is on the up and up! Would highly recommend if you are experiencing and water loss or issues.

Poolpatcher was great!!! They were quick to reply to our call and to come fix our leak, even in their busy season! Incredible technology- they checked the entire pool so we know they got the leak. Ed noticed a lump where the leak was and explained it could be a rock that would get progressively worse. He put on his scuba gear and checked it out and found a 2x 2 pc of broken PVC ( debris, not one of our lines) it had jagged edges and would have sliced our liner open eventually. We are so happy / not cheap but better than replacing a liner – ours is only 6 yrs old. We would absolutely use them again. The bonus is Sam & Ed are nice and personable, and efficient in their work . ????

I recently had Ed come to my house for a leak. He found the leak made some suggestion to get the repair taken care of temporarily so I could use the pool for the remainder of the season, and will do the full repair come the fall. Thanks for a great job! Kudos to Ed & Sam!

I worked with them two years ago, they were excellent! I am using this year as well for air leak detection. They are courteous, responsive and most of all accommodating. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

NJ Pool Patcher fixed a leak that had been getting worse over the past several years. Ed and Samantha were responsive and worked with me over the phone to narrow down the issue (saving all of us some time). Awesome service at a fair and transparent price (easily beating their competitors). I hope I don’t have another leak, but if I do, I’ll definitely go back to them!

The Pool Patcher team was a huge help to me this summer. I have an older pool and dont have a ton of pool care experience, the team really went above and beyond to help identify a few separate issues, it was a step by step process, but I really appreciated their efforts and professionalism. The team explained every step of the way to me and offered me multiple scenarios along the way to keep my budget intact while fixing the issues. I would absolutely recommend them! Great company!

I cannot say anything but positive things for NJ Pool Patcher, LLC. Shortly after opening our pool we realized there was a loss of water that we’ve never seen before. Never having dealt with a situation like this before I searched the internet locally in NJ and found NJ Pool Patcher. Ed and Sam were very knowledgeable and their Facebook page also has a lot of visuals and good information on situations they’ve dealt with in the past for other customers. Ed spent time with me on the phone talking through things and in the end he said we were out of the area he normally covers. I asked if he could recommend someone in my area- Lumberton, NJ and he did. I did say that I felt extremely comfortable with him and his knowledge and especially with the fact that this is all they do— Leak Detection & related repairs. I knew Ed and Sam were the ones I wanted looking at my pool because of their experience and expertise. Ed called me back later and said if I could wait a few days he would come to Lumberton and check my pool out. He arrived and was cognizant of COVID-19 and social distancing which is appreciated right at the start. He and Sam outlined what they were going to do, discussed flat pricing for the services and proceeded to investigate the issues with my pool. In the end Ed and Sam found the problem areas and made their recommendations. They got my pool operational by working around the issues and that was a godsend since we didn’t want to lose out on use of the pool especially with both my daughters birthdays just weeks away. The true measure of NJ Pool Patcher came in the end. Ed was very candid in saying he could not do the pool repair because of the distance. He did provide us with an estimate for what he would charge and then here it comes….Knowing this was all something we had never dealt with before…Ed went the extra mile to look into pool repair service companies in my area. He reached out and did some leg work and vetted two companies that he found could potentially do the work. Can’t say enough about this company and especially Ed & Sam!!! This company exceeded my expectations. I was impressed with Ed and his knowledge. I had issues with my in ground pool and needed verification of the pools plumbing lines prior to my concrete deck being poured. Ed came out during a terrential downpour because of my need to get this inspection done immediately and verified that all was good. Would definitely refer him. I appreciated the fact that he did this on Memorial day weekend and did not try to uncharge me. A class act.

A truly professional organization that really knows their stuff. On first visit, they made a clear cut diagnosis of why and where the pool was leaking – cracked pipe under paver patio next to the pool. They pinned down the location of the crack exactly so patio disturbance was minimized. Quickly came back and cut out the bad section and spliced in new pipe in a way that was better than the initial install by the pool company.
You won’t find anyone better in NJ for sure.
Update:
Almost a week since the repair and haven’t lost a molecule of water it seems. Was losing almost an inch a day before the repair.

I highly recommend this company. Very professional and knowledgeable. Honest from the beginning. You wont be disappointed. I usually list pro and cons, however, I honestly have nothing negative to review. Simply very happy from beginning to end.
