Had NJ Poll Patchers come too find a leak in my liner and returns ,found the leak in my liner by the steps of my pool and found the cracks in 2 off my returns witch was due too poor installation ,and had some cool gadgets too fix my leaks in my returns saved me a lot of money for now THANKS ED AWESOME JOB,

Very happy with NJ Pool Patcher. Sam and Ed came right away on Labor Day to check the pool and found about 7 holes and recommended a liner replacement due to the location of the holes. They did not even charge to patch as they recommended a liner replacement. Would absolutely use them again and will recommend to friends & family.

They were an answer to my pool-owner’s prayer. Despite the busy season, they returned my call quickly, listened to my tale of woe, and made time to stop by much sooner than anticipated. And that quick look-see identified the problem (which others had misdiagnosed), answered my questions, and gave me a reasonable action plan. They are the BEST! These guys are friendly and professional. They always answered when I called, answered any questions I had and were able to fit me in at a very convenient time. They quickly found the issue and did the repair. Its not cheap, but you get what you pay for, and what I got was excellent service.

Opened my pool this May to find that it was ankle deep. So clearly there was a major leak in the liner. The company that installed the liner couldn’t find the leak. I called two other companies and they asked a bunch of questions and couldn’t come out for weeks and couldn’t guarantee a price. Finally I found the right company. NJ Pool Patcher to the rescue! Ed knew exactly what it was over the phone, quoted me a price, and he and Sam came out to fix it that day! Thanks to them we were swimming in my pool over this past glorious weekend. Amazing company! For a year or so, my husband and I have been concerned that we have seen our pool water diminish very slowly and suspected a small leak. The water level between closing in the Fall to Opening in the Spring is significant. Pool Patcher was able to fit us into their busy schedule pretty quickly and determined our problem. They were prompt, efficient and answered our questions professionally. We were surprised to learn the source of our seepage and are making plans to correct our problem.

Perfectly professional and responsive! We had a leak and were losing so much water. The team came right out, used sonar detection and found a large tear in the bottom of our pool. They patched it up and it’s resolved! They offer a standard price, not hourly like other companies. So it’s in their best interest to find your problem and fix it quickly. They were knowledgeable, friendly and did a great job!

Sam and Ed are awesome! I am DIY re taking care of plumbing, but wanted to make sure there were no underground leaks. Even though they found no leaks, they went above and beyond to find the real issue!

We were losing water from our inground pool at the rate of 2 inches per day. Ed from NJ Pool Patcher was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He found the small tear in our liner and repaired it quickly for a very reasonable price. He also answered all of our follow up questions. I would definitely recommend them!!

I love these people. I was having issues with my pool pump, which was the result of some kind of problem underground. Pool companies, including the one Ive been using for years, would barely even come out to give me an estimate – and the ones who did wanted a fortune to rip everything up without even attempting to isolate the problem (and thats if and when they could even fit the job in). And I almost paid it!!! I stumbled onto the NJ Pool Patcher website and figured Id give it a ditch effort before I dumped a ton of cash at this thing. Sam and Ed showed up when no one else would even call me back. Aside from the fact that I was pretty amazed by all of their leak detection gadgets, what blew
my mind was that they were able to locate a hole in my line underground the size of what seemed like a grain of rice. Ed literally lifted up one single paver on my patio, and there was the leak. I couldnt believe the precision they managed to achieve. They are honest, on time, responsive and a truly trustworthy team. Not too mention, they saved me about 4 thousand dollars of unnecessary work – not including the mess Id have to clean up afterward! I wish they did more than leak detention, because I would call them for everything. If youre in need of this kind of service, dont even bother calling anyone other than this business
