Since our pool was installed several years ago, we have been experiencing leaks to the extent of 0.5″ water per day. Upon recommendation of a local pool supply company, I contacted NJ Pool Patcher late on Sunday afternoon and made an appointment with Sam for the following Wednesday. They came on-time, spent a couple of hours using several pieces and types of test equipment and identified the elusive leak (I think, as the repair has not been made yet, so I cannot confirm the results). I particularly liked the straightfoward and thorough explanation provided by owner Ed, with his having me actually listen to the instrumentation the same way he did. To be honest, I initially considered the price to be a little high, considering the amount of time spent on-site. However, considering the cost of their equipment, travel time and the potential savings if I can finally stop losing water, it is probably appropriate. Sam and Ed were reputable, professional and a pleasure to deal with, so I would definitely recommend them to help find pool (and other types of) leaks.

Super professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to calls!! We originally had a guy by the name of Gabriel aka Mario come by and charge us $$$ and he didnt find or fix anything!! Just tried to sell us a new liner!! We called NJ Pool Patcher and they took their time and found our hole with NO liner replacement! Top notch service..thank you so much!! Unfortunately, I was not able to use this company, because I am out of their area, but that did not stop Samantha from returning my call and sending me a video on how to test the pool and referring me to someone she recommends in my area. I wanted to write a review, because I was so impressed with this customer service despite them not making any money off of me.

Excellent service. They found multiple leaks (liner, skimmer and pump) corrected the issues. They came the same day I called and were on time. Highly recommend them.

We were losing water from our inground pool at the rate of 2 inches per day. Ed from NJ Pool Patcher was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He found the small tear in our liner and repaired it quickly for a very reasonable price. He also answered all of our follow up questions. I would definitely recommend them!!

I used NJ pool patcher after opening my pool and discovering half the water gone. As expected they found a leak in the steps along with a few other small leaks that they patched up.. very professional company and would highly recommend. They did a great job of fitting me in as soon as possible and we here for about an hour. Very detailed in there work. The level.of communication leading up to the appointment was exceptional. Very satisfied and would use again in the future if needed.

If you have an issue with your pool leaking, don’t waste your time with anyone else. Ed (with Sam’s help) painstakingly diagnosed our problem and for the first time in seven years, our slow leak has been fixed!

I wish I knew about this company sooner! They answered right away and had something on the schedule within 3 days! We had multiple companies come to our pool to determine why we were losing water. No one could pinpoint the issue until the Pool Patcher team came. They determined our liner was fine and it was actually an issue with how our stairs settled. They fixed the issue the same day for a competitive price and everything is on the up and up! Would highly recommend if you are experiencing and water loss or issues.

After two days without a pool due to massive water loss, Pool Patcher pulled into our driveway, pulled out some high tech electronic gear, detected the exact location of the leak, repaired the leaking steps and had us up and running within two hours. This far exceeded our expectations and we could not have asked for better service and professionalism. Thank you Ed and Sam.

A truly professional organization that really knows their stuff. On first visit, they made a clear cut diagnosis of why and where the pool was leaking – cracked pipe under paver patio next to the pool. They pinned down the location of the crack exactly so patio disturbance was minimized. Quickly came back and cut out the bad section and spliced in new pipe in a way that was better than the initial install by the pool company.
You won’t find anyone better in NJ for sure.

Almost a week since the repair and haven’t lost a molecule of water it seems. Was losing almost an inch a day before the repair.

I actually was calling another pool repair company but dialed wrong #. The young lady who answered (I’m bad with names)…was soo polite and asked me what I needed. I sent pics of water level. She gave me time frame of when they could
come out. Husband and wife came as stated on time. Used something to detect leaks and repaired all same day…may 8th. With scuba gear on. I had emptied my above ground and scrubbed with push broom. ???? . Amazed they repaired all. I venture to say other companies may have recommended new liner. But they told me albeit my mishap..liner in great shape. Price quoted over phone is what I was charged. The Wife and Husband team did great ????. Call them now!!!!!!

Great people to deal with. You deal directly with the owners of this small business. Sam guided me through the process to more easily determine where our pool leak was. They were able to come sooner than expected and found the leak and repaired it. They dont do anything but leak detection and repair so they dont try to sell anything else that isnt needed. I definitely recommend them and will be my only choice if needed again.

Knowledgeable, efficent, and real. Would definitely use again. If i knew about them sooner, I would of used them for a my home inspection for the pool.

I cannot say anything but positive things for NJ Pool Patcher, LLC. Shortly after opening our pool we realized there was a loss of water that we’ve never seen before. Never having dealt with a situation like this before I searched the internet locally in NJ and found NJ Pool Patcher. Ed and Sam were very knowledgeable and their Facebook page also has a lot of visuals and good information on situations they’ve dealt with in the past for other customers. Ed spent time with me on the phone talking through things and in the end he said we were out of the area he normally covers. I asked if he could recommend someone in my area- Lumberton, NJ and he did. I did say that I felt extremely comfortable with him and his knowledge and especially with the fact that this is all they do— Leak Detection & related repairs. I knew Ed and Sam were the ones I wanted looking at my pool because of their experience and expertise. Ed called me back later and said if I could wait a few days he would come to Lumberton and check my pool out. He arrived and was cognizant of COVID-19 and social distancing which is appreciated right at the start. He and Sam outlined what they were going to do, discussed flat pricing for the services and proceeded to investigate the issues with my pool. In the end Ed and Sam found the problem areas and made their recommendations. They got my pool operational by working around the issues and that was a godsend since we didn’t want to lose out on use of the pool especially with both my daughters birthdays just weeks away. The true measure of NJ Pool Patcher came in the end. Ed was very candid in saying he could not do the pool repair because of the distance. He did provide us with an estimate for what he would charge and then here it comes….Knowing this was all something we had never dealt with before…Ed went the extra mile to look into pool repair service companies in my area. He reached out and did some leg work and vetted two companies that he found could potentially do the work. Can’t say enough about this company and especially Ed & Sam!!!
