This company exceeded my expectations. I was impressed with Ed and his knowledge. I had issues with my in ground pool and needed verification of the pools plumbing lines prior to my concrete deck being poured. Ed came out during a terrential downpour because of my need to get this inspection done immediately and verified that all was good. Would definitely refer him. I appreciated the fact that he did this on Memorial day weekend and did not try to uncharge me. A class act.

I contacted Pool Patchers after being told by Pool Company “10 year old liner…replace it” I left them a message, they called back promptly. I made appointment and they KEPT the appointment. They found 1 small hole in 15 minutes, patched it, checked for more just in case. Great work, and great people. They even said my liner is in good shape. So don’t assume you need a new liner until you meet with these people!!!

Highly recommended ! Last week after the snow I saw my pool cover slowly going down lower, and lower. I called many places but nobody called me back. I found NJ Pool Patcher on the internet. They called me back in about an hour later. I explained my issue and they booked me in. He was courteous and professional and very efficient in the process of locating and repairing the leak in my above ground vinyl liner. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend it.

Ive had a TIME dealing with my pool allllll summer long. My husband stumbled upon this company and wow, what a work of difference. Ed and Sam were hands down the best. These guys are the best and very professional. When I opened my pool for the season, they initially found 11 holes in my vinyl liner and patched them up in about an hour. I say “initially” because I asked them to come back as the water level was still dropping after I had cleaned out the pool. After a couple of days, they came back and found an additional 2 holes and a major tear in the deepest part of the pool, which was probably caused by my automated vacuum as per Ed. They patched it up in less than an hour and did not charge me for the second visit!!!! Excellent customer service, and highly recommended!!! Thanks again guys!!!

Poolpatcher was great!!! They were quick to reply to our call and to come fix our leak, even in their busy season! Incredible technology- they checked the entire pool so we know they got the leak. Ed noticed a lump where the leak was and explained it could be a rock that would get progressively worse. He put on his scuba gear and checked it out and found a 2x 2 pc of broken PVC ( debris, not one of our lines) it had jagged edges and would have sliced our liner open eventually. We are so happy / not cheap but better than replacing a liner – ours is only 6 yrs old. We would absolutely use them again. The bonus is Sam & Ed are nice and personable, and efficient in their work . ????

Ed and Samantha were lifesavers to us. The pool was leaking from an unknown source and other companies were too busy to come but NJ Pool Patchers made the time even though they were swamped. Very nice people to deal with and they were able to locate the problem.

NJ Pool Patcher is a wonderful company to work with . It is a family business and Samantha and Ed are excellent at what they do and are a pleasure as well . My initial phone call was returned within an hour or 2 and the service was personal and professional. If you have any leak issues with your pool these are the people to call!! I used NJ pool patcher after opening my pool and discovering half the water gone. As expected they found a leak in the steps along with a few other small leaks that they patched up.. very professional company and would highly recommend. They did a great job of fitting me in as soon as possible and we here for about an hour. Very detailed in there work. The level.of communication leading up to the appointment was exceptional. Very satisfied and would use again in the future if needed.

These two were fantastic from beginning to end. They made time to meet with me and rescheduled when I had to postpone without any trouble at all. They showed up on time and were happy to explain the issue when we found the leak in my liner. They gave me clear options about the repair and answered all my questions. I strongly recommend them!

Highly recommend him. He came within 24 hours of calling about a pool leak. He found it and repaired it just like he said he would. A while after he left I noticed another problem that seemed unrelated to the leak. When I explained the problem he came back the very next day and knew exactly where to look and how to fix that too… which he did without any additional charge. Integrity and honesty go a long way in any business. He conducts himself with both!

These guys are friendly and professional. They always answered when I called, answered any questions I had and were able to fit me in at a very convenient time. They quickly found the issue and did the repair. Its not cheap, but you get what you pay for, and what I got was excellent service.

If I can give this company 10 stars I would. First , Sam and Ed are the kindest most professional people I have ever met. I have been battling a pool issue since last year and no one seemed to get it right. I was losing so much water in my pool, I was sure it would cost me tens of thousands of dollars to fix. From the very first call Sam put me at ease and I knew I found the right company to save me. They scheduled me for an appointment almost immediately, showed up on time and within 30 minutes located the issue. They took the time to explain everything that was going on and got me running. They could have easily suggested a fix that would have required me to pay thousands of dollars more. Instead, they showed me what I needed to do and even offered to help walk us through how to fix it ourselves so we did not have to shell out any more cash. In this day and age their honestly truly shocked me. We ended up chatting for a few more minutes and by the time they left I wanted them to come back for a BBQ. As silly as this sounds, I felt like I found new friends. They are an amazing, knowledgeable duo and I am forever grateful I found them on line. I will never use anyone else for my pool leaks.
