What true professionals! Even before providing any service, Ed reviewed pictures we provided and gave a lot of great information to educate us on the process and expectations. They were totally professional, accommodating and thorough. Calls were returned as they promised and they were able to move up our original schedule to help us get this resolved quickly. FANTASTIC! Ed and Sam are one-of-a-kind in the world of pool repairs and leaks. I was losing immeasurable amounts of water, like almost 4 inches every 12 hours!!!! WHAT?!?! I was at a loss and very discouraged. Thinking maybe a price tag of multiple thousands. Well… they have the equipment that no one has, amazing to watch! Found the leak in MINUTES! Repaired in MINUTES, and all that without even diving into the water, all from the side of the pool. CRAZY! And at a fraction of the cost. SO SO THANKFUL for them and the work they do. I recommend to any and all who need not only a quick fix but an ACTUAL PERMANENT fix that does not mean a new liner or ripping up your whole patio/lawn. I couldn’t believe the stories and the pics they shared. They can even find plumbing leaks in exacts spots so you can isolate only that place underground and fix it there. They are FRIENDLY, CLEAN, AND ORGANIZED, and they came to help within ONE DAY of calling, prompt and excellent service. Great to talk with and get to know as well. The patch is beautiful, barely noticeable, and I am holding water perfectly now. I wish every home service company was as cordial, excellent, and thorough as Ed and Sam. Don’t hesitate. If you’re losing water, call them right away. You will get your summer back in mere moments!!!!

Ed and Samantha (Sam) are a pleasure to work with. They are very responsive, upfront with their pricing, and worked efficiently when on-site. They used sophisticated equipment, as well as their years of experience, to locate the exact location of several leaks in my skimmer line which is buried 3-1/2 feet underground. Equally important is that they recommended, and contacted on my behalf, an unaffiliated pool repair professional in my area with the expertise to replace the skimmer line with minimal disruption to my pool and patio area and to repair other weaknesses they detected during their examination. I cant thank NJ Pool Patcher enough. If you have any problems with your pool, I would highly recommend them. I moved into a house with a pool that had constant issues, leaks, etc. After spending thousands of dollars and using numerous different pool companies, these guys finally solved my problem. They were extremely friendly, responsive and helpful. Spent a half hour on the phone with me trying to alleviate my issue, without knowing me or charging me a dime. Very happy with NJ Pool Patcher. Sam and Ed came right away on Labor Day to check the pool and found about 7 holes and recommended a liner replacement due to the location of the holes. They did not even charge to patch as they recommended a liner replacement. Would absolutely use them again and will recommend to friends & family.

This team of pure professionals were punctual, courteous, friendly, and extremely informative about the entire detection and repair process.

I called less than a week ago with a major pipe leak. Sam walked me through diagnostics (free of charge) and got me scheduled for the appropriate test asap. I cant speak highly enough of this pair. Ed is a magician at finding underground pipe leaks without even digging a hole. Ive never seen anything like it. Found a leak in my skimmer in less than an hour when 3 other companies told me to replace all the pipes. Do not second guess. Go with NJ pool patch theyre the best in the business

Perfectly professional and responsive! We had a leak and were losing so much water. The team came right out, used sonar detection and found a large tear in the bottom of our pool. They patched it up and it’s resolved! They offer a standard price, not hourly like other companies. So it’s in their best interest to find your problem and fix it quickly. They were knowledgeable, friendly and did a great job!

Highly recommend him. He came within 24 hours of calling about a pool leak. He found it and repaired it just like he said he would. A while after he left I noticed another problem that seemed unrelated to the leak. When I explained the problem he came back the very next day and knew exactly where to look and how to fix that too… which he did without any additional charge. Integrity and honesty go a long way in any business. He conducts himself with both!
