I used NJ pool patcher after opening my pool and discovering half the water gone. As expected they found a leak in the steps along with a few other small leaks that they patched up.. very professional company and would highly recommend. They did a great job of fitting me in as soon as possible and we here for about an hour. Very detailed in there work. The level.of communication leading up to the appointment was exceptional. Very satisfied and would use again in the future if needed.

i am very happy with the service i received, i almost forgot to winterize the pool and mike sent someone out today, they did a great job and now i wont stress out about busted pipes during the winter this year.

Came one day ahead of schedule, called to confirm and arrived exactly when they said they would. Extremely courteous and efficient. Found several leaks and repaired them quickly and efficiently for exactly how much I was quoted. I would never think to call anyone else next time I suspect a leak, and urge anyone who owns a pool to do the same.

Highly recommend him. He came within 24 hours of calling about a pool leak. He found it and repaired it just like he said he would. A while after he left I noticed another problem that seemed unrelated to the leak. When I explained the problem he came back the very next day and knew exactly where to look and how to fix that too… which he did without any additional charge. Integrity and honesty go a long way in any business. He conducts himself with both!

I have an inground pool through a recent home purchase so I opened the pool a bit early to get it up and running to deal with any issues prior to pool season. I realized quickly after the opening and initial cleaning that my water level dropped from the top of the skimmer to the bottom of the skimmer within hours each time I refilled it and my heart sank as I imagined what my water bill is going to be if I keep refilling the pool at this rate.
I called Ed on a Sunday morning (of all days, right?) and within 2 hours he called me back, gave me a homework assignment to help isolate what my issue could be, and even apologized for asking me to refill my pool. However it was the last time I had to refill it!! They came by within days to do their inspection and found the exact issue, and provided us with fix immediately!
I just called to bother Ed with the silliest question & he confirmed what a great human this company is run by. Please stop reading the reviews unless you want to be so excited to know that your leak will be fixed after calling Ed!

Had a slow water leak in my in-ground pool. They came out right away and were very methodical in their approach. They determined where the leak was. We were able to isolate and bypass the leak.

Intelligent and ethical company!! You won’t find many businesses like this anymore. Spoke to Ed about an air leak on my pool pump that had been diagnosed by several other pool companies who were not able to fix the problem. NJ Pool Patchers was great. They dont install liners so they are there to find your leak (or multiple leaks) and give you an honest assessment of your liner. Husband and wife team come with no hassle, give you guidance before they come to be sure they are the right team, give a set price, and promise to find the leak(s)! Two weeks later after two patches applied (no silly cost per patch) and pool is losing no more water!!! Highly recommended.

Should the need arise, I will be calling on them again for service, no doubt. Because they have so many customers and the word is getting around leading to more customers for them, I suggest calling them as soon as you think there is a problem. Apart from fixing the problem, they can diagnose it so you have advance knowledge what the issue is and how to deal with it.

Buying a home with an in ground pool and used Pool Patcher to do an inspection and leak test pool. The were very professional. Showed up on time and did a complete and thorough inspection. They noticed issues with pool liner which needed to be corrected saving me angst and money.
