I have an inground pool through a recent home purchase so I opened the pool a bit early to get it up and running to deal with any issues prior to pool season. I realized quickly after the opening and initial cleaning that my water level dropped from the top of the skimmer to the bottom of the skimmer within hours each time I refilled it and my heart sank as I imagined what my water bill is going to be if I keep refilling the pool at this rate.
I called Ed on a Sunday morning (of all days, right?) and within 2 hours he called me back, gave me a homework assignment to help isolate what my issue could be, and even apologized for asking me to refill my pool. However it was the last time I had to refill it!! They came by within days to do their inspection and found the exact issue, and provided us with fix immediately!
I just called to bother Ed with the silliest question & he confirmed what a great human this company is run by. Please stop reading the reviews unless you want to be so excited to know that your leak will be fixed after calling Ed!

This team of pure professionals were punctual, courteous, friendly, and extremely informative about the entire detection and repair process.
They worked quickly and very efficiently together to locate my leak with their state of the art equipment, and were only to willing to patch it, resolving my issue on the spot.

I cant thank Ed enough for finding my leaks that I had 18000 people try to find that couldnt but took my money. So yes skeptical on anyone to find the problem. Words cant express my happiness, he found and fixed all the leaks and after 8 LONG LONG years, NO MORE LEAKS!!! Dont hestitate to call Ed for your issues. Well worth it. Intelligent and ethical company!! You won’t find many businesses like this anymore. Spoke to Ed about an air leak on my pool pump that had been diagnosed by several other pool companies who were not able to fix the problem. Ed was able to help me find the leak over the phone at no charge!! This company really cares about customer service and are actual pool professionals. Don’t hesitate to contact them with any pool issues.

This is a 5 star company. I called because my pool lost about 10 inches of water over night. They came out the same day and used some sonar device, found two holes and patched. They checked up a couple days later and everything has been great since. I highly recommend!!

Amazing. Ed contacted me the day before he was due to service the pool and again 10 minutes before he arrived that day. He was courteous and professional and very efficient in the process of locating and repairing the leak in my above ground vinyl liner. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend it.

Sam (and Ed) was outstanding! She was extremely busy during this pandemic Summer and wasn’t able to physically get up to north Jersey to see my pool. Instead we talked, texted and exchanged photos to troubleshoot the problem. She was VERY knowledgeable and willing to provide OUTSTANDING customer service. Together we solved the problem and my family is enjoying the pool once again.

I suspected a leak in the main drain in my in-ground pool. I called Pool Patcher and they arrived at my house in under an hour. Less than one hour after that, they had located two small leaks in the pool steps, plugged the two holes and gave me a lot of relief that I did not have a much larger more expensive problem to deal with. Ed is wonderful and it’s gratifying to know that good old fashioned efficient and courteous service is not dead. I highly recommend Pool Patcher.

I had a leak in my pool and came across NJ pool patcher and saw all the great reviews so I decided to give them a call. Sam got back to me right away and had me do some tests to figure out if it was either the pipes or the shell of the pool. After the tests we determined it was definitely the shell of the pool. Sam was awesome she walked me through the all the steps and called back the next day to see where we were at with everything and what has to happen next. She scheduled me in for Saturday and once her and Ed arrived within 10 minutes they found the tear in my vinyl and immediately began to do the repair. Ed & Sam were both very professional and easy to talk with and they arent out to overcharge you for things you didnt need like other companies I called in the past. I would recommend NJ pool patcher to anyone who is in need of their services you cant go wrong with Ed & Sam they will take care of you all the way from the initial phone call to when they get to your house to do the repairs. Great experience and would definitely be calling them again if Im in need of their services.

After noticing a large drop in my pool water I contacted Ed on Saturday. Amazingly enough he came to the house the very next day. I was impressed by his knowledge, professionalism and having a trusting manner. He was able to identify the leak and make the necessary repair. I would highly recommend this company

I contacted Pool Patchers after being told by Pool Company “10 year old liner…replace it” I left them a message, they called back promptly. I made appointment and they KEPT the appointment. They found 1 small hole in 15 minutes, patched it, checked for more just in case. Great work, and great people. They even said my liner is in good shape. So don’t assume you need a new liner until you meet with these people!!!

What a great team! Professional, courteous, prompt, and great at communicating the process, timing of their services, explanation of their findings, and what our next steps should be for fixing our pool leaks. I highly recommend you contact them if you have any concerns with your pool losing water. We nearly put a new liner in without having our pool tested, and found that the leak(s) were in the STAIRS, not the liner itself. We would have been out $$$ for a new liner and still had leaks. I called less than a week ago with a major pipe leak. Sam walked me through diagnostics (free of charge) and got me scheduled for the appropriate test asap. I cant speak highly enough of this pair. Ed is a magician at finding underground pipe leaks without even digging a hole. Ive never seen anything like it. Found a leak in my skimmer in less than an hour when 3 other companies told me to replace all the pipes. Do not second guess. Go with NJ pool patch theyre the best in the business

Ed and Samantha are the best. They arrived on time and found our problem in a half an hour of testing. They discussed all of our options with us and saved us a fortune. We wish our pool company referred us to Ed instead of the diver who was essentially a waste of money. We highly Suggest you call Ed first if you are losing water.

Our pool was having multiple issues w pressure, filtration, suction-you name it…and thought it was going to cost us an arm and a leg to get straightened out. We were referred to Ed and couldnt be ANY happier! He came out, located the issue immediately and realized that everything was all bc termites had begun to eat through a small section of flex pipe (wood based apparently). Their pricing is beyond fair, their workmanship is excellent and their customer service is outstanding. Cant say enough good things about them and their work!!!!
