We noticed that our pool was losing water at a fairly significant rate. I called NJ Pool Patcher and spoke with Sam. She immediately started asking questions to ascertain whether the pool was leaking from the liner or whether it had to do with the pump and returns. They scheduled me for a service call within 2 days and were right on time. They went through the entire process and were meticulous until they uncovered the specific location of the leak. Ed employed technology using advanced leak detection which literally pinpointed where the water was escaping. Had we ignored the leak and let it continue the damage could have been considerable. I called a few companies and they all gave me their sales pitch on why they were the best. I could not recommend NJ Pool Patcher more highly. They were honest, thorough and genuinely good people. Hopefully we don’t experience any more significant issues, but if we do, NJ Pool Patcher will be the first call I make.

Cant speak highly enough of Sam and Ed. They responded to my voicemails promptly. They asked us to go through steps before scheduling a date to come out to find the leak in our pool. Those steps were diagnostic for us. This ultimately prevented them from having to visit whilst at the same time saving us a lot of money. We were able to isolate the leak and they guided us through how to repair it. How many companies do you know that would do that? Im keeping them in my cell phone contacts for the next time I have a leakage issue. Thanks so much! Nice to find a business willing to help and not focus entirely on profit! We Can Highly recommend the services of NJ Pool Patch. They immediately recognize the amount of water our pool was leaking from our conversation and showed up the next day to pressure test and locate the leaks. They are a wonderful family owned business that truly care for their customers. They located the leaks, plugged them off and offered a solution to fix it.

I suspected a leak in the main drain in my in-ground pool. I called Pool Patcher and they arrived at my house in under an hour. Less than one hour after that, they had located two small leaks in the pool steps, plugged the two holes and gave me a lot of relief that I did not have a much larger more expensive problem to deal with. Ed is wonderful and it’s gratifying to know that good old fashioned efficient and courteous service is not dead. I highly recommend Pool Patcher.

I have an inground pool through a recent home purchase so I opened the pool a bit early to get it up and running to deal with any issues prior to pool season. I realized quickly after the opening and initial cleaning that my water level dropped from the top of the skimmer to the bottom of the skimmer within hours each time I refilled it and my heart sank as I imagined what my water bill is going to be if I keep refilling the pool at this rate.
I called Ed on a Sunday morning (of all days, right?) and within 2 hours he called me back, gave me a homework assignment to help isolate what my issue could be, and even apologized for asking me to refill my pool. However it was the last time I had to refill it!! They came by within days to do their inspection and found the exact issue, and provided us with fix immediately!
I just called to bother Ed with the silliest question & he confirmed what a great human this company is run by. Please stop reading the reviews unless you want to be so excited to know that your leak will be fixed after calling Ed!

Pricey, BUT it is a seasonal business, Accommodated our time frame, prompt and courteous service, found underground leak within 1 hour. You get what you pay for. Would recommend!

After noticing a large drop in my pool water I contacted Ed on Saturday. Amazingly enough he came to the house the very next day. I was impressed by his knowledge, professionalism and having a trusting manner. He was able to identify the leak and make the necessary repair. I would highly recommend this company

Ed saved our summer. We had a major leak in our liner after we opened the pool. He came over in full scuba attire with some insane Sonar equipment and patched things up AT NIGHT! Super impressed. I hope I never have another leak again, but if I do, I’m calling Ed.

Ed and Sam are simply the best,,, had a few people come out and could not find the leak,, they had me do a few things before they came to save me money,, they knew it was a liner issue,, Ed put his crazy technology to work and patched the slit within 30 minutes.

Technician was proficient at using state of the art equipment to listen for leaks. The work was very thorough and the entire subsurface area of the pool and all fittings were checked. A leak at a step jet flange was discovered and effectively repaired. Technician was very personable and explained exactly what was taking place during the troubleshooting and repair steps. I was very pleased with the entire experience and would recommend this pool service company to others.

Sam (and Ed) was outstanding! She was extremely busy during this pandemic Summer and wasn’t able to physically get up to north Jersey to see my pool. Instead we talked, texted and exchanged photos to troubleshoot the problem. She was VERY knowledgeable and willing to provide OUTSTANDING customer service. Together we solved the problem and my family is enjoying the pool once again.

After dealing with our local pool company due to an extreme leak in our inground pools vinyl liner and having no success in detection, I contacted NJ Pool Patcher. In contacting them I was extremely impressed with their quick response time. After initial evaluation and a self testing where I was given instruction on how to perform the testing (to save the customer money?) a large hole was detected and repaired. This company is knowledgeable, dependable and has integrity. I have already recommended them to a person having a problem with their pool and will continued to do so. I would highly recommend this company.

Pool patcher was great! Samantha kindly walked me through confirming if my pool was leaking prior to coming out. Once that was verified, they quickly responded, identified, and repaired the leak in my lining. I couldnt recommended them more.
