Spoke to Ed about an air leak on my pool pump that had been diagnosed by several other pool companies who were not able to fix the problem. This was absolutely a great experience with this company. My pool was closed up and winterized when I realized that I was loosing water. I apologize if I get the names wrong , but Ed and Max were great. They spent about 5 hours, in chilly weather, going over every inch of the pool. Several leaks were found and patched. Day two and the pool is still holding its level. They werent satisfied with two days of holding the level, they want me to check again in a few days, then let them know. Would highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend NJ Pool Patcher. We were worried we had pipe damage. After testing everything they said the pipes were fine and that was not the issue. I am so grateful for their honesty and professionalism.

Unfortunately, I was not able to use this company, because I am out of their area, but that did not stop Samantha from returning my call and sending me a video on how to test the pool and referring me to someone she recommends in my area. I wanted to write a review, because I was so impressed with this customer service despite them not making any money off of me.

We were losing water from our inground pool at the rate of 2 inches per day. Ed from NJ Pool Patcher was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He found the small tear in our liner and repaired it quickly for a very reasonable price. He also answered all of our follow up questions. I would definitely recommend them!!

What a pleasure doing business with Ed and Sam. We spoke to Sam yesterday, sent her pictures of our sad leaking pool, and she scheduled us for the next day in the afternoon. Later on, she called back and squeezed us in for the next morning! Using their high-tech equipment, Ed found the leak in our pools light fixture. He put on his diving gear, went in the ice-cold pool water, and repaired the leak.

I hired NJ Pool Patcher due to their experience in pool leak detection. We had significant water loss when our Polaris pool cleaner kicked on. We wanted to be sure no other areas were effected. Ed detected the exact location of the leak and assured us that the other areas of our pool (pool light, spa, returns, etc) were fine. He was courteous, clean, professional and gave us various options to consider for repairing. He had recommended a repair company, who we used and did a fabulous job in the repair. To date, have had no further water loss. I would highly recommend NJ Pool Patcher.

Ed saved our summer. We had a major leak in our liner after we opened the pool. He came over in full scuba attire with some insane Sonar equipment and patched things up AT NIGHT! Super impressed. I hope I never have another leak again, but if I do, I’m calling Ed.

I called less than a week ago with a major pipe leak. Sam walked me through diagnostics (free of charge) and got me scheduled for the appropriate test asap. I cant speak highly enough of this pair. Ed is a magician at finding underground pipe leaks without even digging a hole. Ive never seen anything like it. Found a leak in my skimmer in less than an hour when 3 other companies told me to replace all the pipes. Do not second guess. Go with NJ pool patch theyre the best in the business

After dealing with our local pool company due to an extreme leak in our inground pools vinyl liner and having no success in detection, I contacted NJ Pool Patcher. In contacting them I was extremely impressed with their quick response time. After initial evaluation and a self testing where I was given instruction on how to perform the testing (to save the customer money?) a large hole was detected and repaired. This company is knowledgeable, dependable and has integrity. I have already recommended them to a person having a problem with their pool and will continued to do so. I would highly recommend this company.

Pricey, BUT it is a seasonal business, Accommodated our time frame, prompt and courteous service, found underground leak within 1 hour. You get what you pay for. Would recommend!

Had a slow water leak in my in-ground pool. They came out right away and were very methodical in their approach. They determined where the leak was. We were able to isolate and bypass the leak.

Because they have so many customers and the word is getting around leading to more customers for them, I suggest calling them as soon as you think there is a problem. Apart from fixing the problem, they can diagnose it so you have advance knowledge what the issue is and how to deal with it.
