Our pool was having multiple issues w pressure, filtration, suction-you name it…and thought it was going to cost us an arm and a leg to get straightened out. We were referred to Ed and couldnt be ANY happier! He came out, located the issue immediately and realized that everything was all bc termites had begun to eat through a small section of flex pipe (wood based apparently). Their pricing is beyond fair, their workmanship is excellent and their customer service is outstanding. Cant say enough good things about them and their work!!!!

Legit 5 Star business. They were responsive, helpful, timely and even came out late Sunday afternoon to service my pool. They were able to diagnosis the leak in my pool quickly and were able to repair it the same day! all for a fair price. Both Sam and Ed spent time on the phone with me walking me through some testing they wanted me to do before coming out. I spoke to them several times and never felt rushed or dismissed. They also followed up after their visit to make sure everything was ok! they are really hardworking nice people that know what they are doing.

This was absolutely a great experience with this company. My pool was closed up and winterized when I realized that I was loosing water. I apologize if I get the names wrong , but Ed and Max were great. They spent about 5 hours, in chilly weather, going over every inch of the pool. Several leaks were found and patched. Day two and the pool is still holding its level. They werent satisfied with two days of holding the level, they want me to check again in a few days, then let them know. Would highly recommend this company.

We were losing water from our inground pool at the rate of 2 inches per day. Ed from NJ Pool Patcher was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He found the small tear in our liner and repaired it quickly for a very reasonable price. He also answered all of our follow up questions. I would definitely recommend them!!
Cant speak highly enough of Sam and Ed. They responded to my voicemails promptly. They asked us to go through steps before scheduling a date to come out to find the leak in our pool. Those steps were diagnostic for us. This ultimately prevented them from having to visit whilst at the same time saving us a lot of money. We were able to isolate the leak and they guided us through how to repair it. How many companies do you know that would do that? Called on a Monday morning about a leak in my pool and came out that afternoon. Ed was able to locate the leak quickly and fix the leak within a couple hours. This company exceeded my expectations. I was impressed with Ed and his knowledge. I had issues with my in ground pool and needed verification of the pools plumbing lines prior to my concrete deck being poured. Ed came out during a terrential downpour because of my need to get this inspection done immediately and verified that all was good. Would definitely refer him.
