Our pool was having multiple issues w pressure, filtration, suction-you name it…and thought it was going to cost us an arm and a leg to get straightened out. We were referred to Ed and couldnt be ANY happier! He came out, located the issue immediately and realized that everything was all bc termites had begun to eat through a small section of flex pipe (wood based apparently). Their pricing is beyond fair, their workmanship is excellent and their customer service is outstanding. Cant say enough good things about them and their work!!!!

Great people to deal with. You deal directly with the owners of this small business. Sam guided me through the process to more easily determine where our pool leak was. They were able to come sooner than expected and found the leak and repaired it. They dont do anything but leak detection and repair so they dont try to sell anything else that isnt needed. I definitely recommend them and will be my only choice if needed again.

This was absolutely a great experience with this company. My pool was closed up and winterized when I realized that I was loosing water. I apologize if I get the names wrong , but Ed and Max were great. They spent about 5 hours, in chilly weather, going over every inch of the pool. Several leaks were found and patched. Day two and the pool is still holding its level. They werent satisfied with two days of holding the level, they want me to check again in a few days, then let them know. Would highly recommend this company.

If I can give this company 10 stars I would. First , Sam and Ed are the kindest most professional people I have ever met. I have been battling a pool issue since last year and no one seemed to get it right. I was losing so much water in my pool, I was sure it would cost me tens of thousands of dollars to fix. From the very first call Sam put me at ease and I knew I found the right company to save me. They scheduled me for an appointment almost immediately, showed up on time and within 30 minutes located the issue. They took the time to explain everything that was going on and got me running. They could have easily suggested a fix that would have required me to pay thousands of dollars more. Instead, they showed me what I needed to do and even offered to help walk us through how to fix it ourselves so we did not have to shell out any more cash. In this day and age their honestly truly shocked me. We ended up chatting for a few more minutes and by the time they left I wanted them to come back for a BBQ. As silly as this sounds, I felt like I found new friends. They are an amazing, knowledgeable duo and I am forever grateful I found them on line. I will never use anyone else for my pool leaks. I highly recommend NJ Pool Patcher. We were worried we had pipe damage. After testing everything they said the pipes were fine and that was not the issue. I am so grateful for their honesty and professionalism.

Found the leak in 5 minutes, patched it been good since. It’s been over a month now. Good quality patch that will not come off. After they found the hole they still went over the whole pool 20×40 with a deep end and checked for any additional leaks. My liner is 10 years old but in really good shape. Would recommend these guys to anybody!!

I love these people. I was having issues with my pool pump, which was the result of some kind of problem underground. Pool companies, including the one Ive been using for years, would barely even come out to give me an estimate – and the ones who did wanted a fortune to rip everything up without even attempting to isolate the problem (and thats if and when they could even fit the job in). And I almost paid it!!! I stumbled onto the NJ Pool Patcher website and figured Id give it a ditch effort before I dumped a ton of cash at this thing. Sam and Ed showed up when no one else would even call me back. Aside from the fact that I was pretty amazed by all of their leak detection gadgets, what blew
my mind was that they were able to locate a hole in my line underground the size of what seemed like a grain of rice. Ed literally lifted up one single paver on my patio, and there was the leak. I couldnt believe the precision they managed to achieve. They are honest, on time, responsive and a truly trustworthy team. Not too mention, they saved me about 4 thousand dollars of unnecessary work – not including the mess Id have to clean up afterward! I wish they did more than leak detention, because I would call them for everything. If youre in need of this kind of service, dont even bother calling anyone other than this business

Pool Patcher was easy to work with from start to finish. When I called, someone actually answered and very thoroughly answered my questions, as well as led me through some tests I could perform on my own. They came out to diagnose and repair my pool within three days of my phone call, and I have not had a leak since! After multiple pool repair companies discussed removing 1/2 my pool surround and still never committing they could solve the leaks, I found Pool Patchers. i am very happy with the service i received, i almost forgot to winterize the pool and mike sent someone out today, they did a great job and now i wont stress out about busted pipes during the winter this year.

An Outstanding experience with Sam and Ed. Both Sam and Ed showed GREAT concern for my problem. They fit me in the next day, found the leak very quickly, and stopped it. If I could give more than five stars, I would. I would highly recommend them!

A truly professional organization that really knows their stuff. On first visit, they made a clear cut diagnosis of why and where the pool was leaking – cracked pipe under paver patio next to the pool. They pinned down the location of the crack exactly so patio disturbance was minimized. Quickly came back and cut out the bad section and spliced in new pipe in a way that was better than the initial install by the pool company.
You won’t find anyone better in NJ for sure.
Update:
Almost a week since the repair and haven’t lost a molecule of water it seems. Was losing almost an inch a day before the repair.
