The Pool Patcher team was a huge help to me this summer. I have an older pool and dont have a ton of pool care experience, the team really went above and beyond to help identify a few separate issues, it was a step by step process, but I really appreciated their efforts and professionalism. Cant speak highly enough of Sam and Ed. They responded to my voicemails promptly. They asked us to go through steps before scheduling a date to come out to find the leak in our pool. Those steps were diagnostic for us. This ultimately prevented them from having to visit whilst at the same time saving us a lot of money. We were able to isolate the leak and they guided us through how to repair it. How many companies do you know that would do that? I had a leak in my pool and came across NJ pool patcher and saw all the great reviews so I decided to give them a call. Sam got back to me right away and had me do some tests to figure out if it was either the pipes or the shell of the pool. After the tests we determined it was definitely the shell of the pool. Sam was awesome she walked me through the all the steps and called back the next day to see where we were at with everything and what has to happen next. She scheduled me in for Saturday and once her and Ed arrived within 10 minutes they found the tear in my vinyl and immediately began to do the repair. Ed & Sam were both very professional and easy to talk with and they arent out to overcharge you for things you didnt need like other companies I called in the past. I would recommend NJ pool patcher to anyone who is in need of their services you cant go wrong with Ed & Sam they will take care of you all the way from the initial phone call to when they get to your house to do the repairs. Great experience and would definitely be calling them again if Im in need of their services.

Highly recommend him. He came within 24 hours of calling about a pool leak. He found it and repaired it just like he said he would. A while after he left I noticed another problem that seemed unrelated to the leak. When I explained the problem he came back the very next day and knew exactly where to look and how to fix that too… which he did without any additional charge. Integrity and honesty go a long way in any business. He conducts himself with both!
Had a slow water leak in my in-ground pool. They came out right away and were very methodical in their approach. They determined where the leak was. We were able to isolate and bypass the leak.
Legit 5 Star business. They were responsive, helpful, timely and even came out late Sunday afternoon to service my pool. They were able to diagnosis the leak in my pool quickly and were able to repair it the same day! all for a fair price. Both Sam and Ed spent time on the phone with me walking me through some testing they wanted me to do before coming out. I spoke to them several times and never felt rushed or dismissed. They also followed up after their visit to make sure everything was ok! they are really hardworking nice people that know what they are doing.
What a great team! Professional, courteous, prompt, and great at communicating the process, timing of their services, explanation of their findings, and what our next steps should be for fixing our pool leaks. I highly recommend you contact them if you have any concerns with your pool losing water. We nearly put a new liner in without having our pool tested, and found that the leak(s) were in the STAIRS, not the liner itself. We would have been out $$$ for a new liner and still had leaks. The NJ Pool Patcher folks were very communicative and helpful throughout the leak remediation process. The work was completed quickly and thoroughly. They were also generous with recommendations for vendors to address other issues with our pool which I very much appreciated.
This was absolutely a great experience with this company. My pool was closed up and winterized when I realized that I was loosing water. I apologize if I get the names wrong , but Ed and Max were great. They spent about 5 hours, in chilly weather, going over every inch of the pool. Several leaks were found and patched. Day two and the pool is still holding its level. They werent satisfied with two days of holding the level, they want me to check again in a few days, then let them know. Would highly recommend this company.
Great people to deal with. You deal directly with the owners of this small business. Sam guided me through the process to more easily determine where our pool leak was. They were able to come sooner than expected and found the leak and repaired it. They dont do anything but leak detection and repair so they dont try to sell anything else that isnt needed. I suspected a leak in the main drain in my in-ground pool. I called Pool Patcher and they arrived at my house in under an hour. Less than one hour after that, they had located two small leaks in the pool steps, plugged the two holes and gave me a lot of relief that I did not have a much larger more expensive problem to deal with. Ed is wonderful and it’s gratifying to know that good old fashioned efficient and courteous service is not dead. I highly recommend Pool Patcher.
