The Pool Patcher team was a huge help to me this summer. I have an older pool and dont have a ton of pool care experience, the team really went above and beyond to help identify a few separate issues, it was a step by step process, but I really appreciated their efforts and professionalism. These guys are the best and very professional. When I opened my pool for the season, they initially found 11 holes in my vinyl liner and patched them up in about an hour. I say “initially” because I asked them to come back as the water level was still dropping after I had cleaned out the pool. After a couple of days, they came back and found an additional 2 holes and a major tear in the deepest part of the pool, which was probably caused by my automated vacuum as per Ed. They patched it up in less than an hour and did not charge me for the second visit!!!! Excellent customer service, and highly recommended!!! Thanks again guys!!!

Ed and Samantha are the bomb! They came out next day after I called to tell them about my water loss. They diagnosed a few minor problems and fixed them (in spite of the ginormous spiders) and were able to identify the large source of water loss past one of my skimmers. They recommended I that I shut the skimmer down for the season and run on one skimmer and fix after the season. I never had a better pool water season for swimming! With the loss of one skimmer, I had sparkling water all season as they predicted. They returned to fix it and the fix was bigger than anticipated so they located a pool company to come out and hand over the job. Ed and Samantha are super chill and the nicest people. They are the only ones to call for a leak!

Ed spoke to me on the phone and after a thorough diagnosis, talked me through doing my own fix saving me $$$’s even though this meant no business for him. He even followed up later to see how things were working. Integrity!!!!

For a year or so, my husband and I have been concerned that we have seen our pool water diminish very slowly and suspected a small leak.
