Very friendly and personable, drove from a long distance to make it to my house towards the end of the day. They meticulously searched for the leak and found it in a place I never would have thought. They showed me the source of the leak, (jet control pipe detached in the steps into the pool) did the repair and turned on the pump to make sure it held. Suffice it to say, things are back to normal and I couldnt be happier. I highly recommend NJ Pool Patcher for any leaks associated with your pool. You wont find anyone better!

Amazing!!! I cannot write enough wonderful things about Samantha and Ed, the owners. Our situation was challenging to say the least. They not only made it a priority to inspect the pool asap, but they also were able to pinpoint the leak which had eluded countless other pool specialists. Moreover, they are professional, kind, fairly priced and a pleasure to work with. This is the only review I have ever written because their good work is so exceptional it should not go unnoticed!

Ed and Samantha found a tear in our liner very quickly. They have good equipment and repaired the liner on the spot. They are very friendly and knowledgeable about pool liner maintenance. Highly recommend NJ Pool Patcher!

excellent service, very responsive, and generally just plain nice people. I can’t say enough about NJ Pool Patcher. They did a great job and were very professional. Should the need arise, I will be calling on them again for service, no doubt. Because they have so many customers and the word is getting around leading to more customers for them, I suggest calling them as soon as you think there is a problem. Apart from fixing the problem, they can diagnose it so you have advance knowledge what the issue is and how to deal with it.

Honest, Trustworthy and Professional. BEFORE they scheduled with me, they took the time to walk me through process of elimination to truly pinpoint where the issue/leak might be. They did this to save me $$$. Pool Patcher was one of our cheaper estimates and ended up solving our problem in only ONE DAY. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

These guys are simply amazing. From my first call to Sam to the end repair process, she was very helpful in troubleshooting where the leak may be coming from. She made a quick appointment and they came to my place exactly on time. Ed had my pool patched within an hour. They are not the cheapest, but after calling a few companies, in my opinion Ed & Sam are the best. I am hoping that I don’t leak services again, but if I do, they will be my first call. Showed up same day we called & at the correct time. Located and fixed 20+ holes in our vinyl liner in a little over an hour. Very fair price. Super-nice guy to boot. Highly recommend.

Poolpatcher was great!!! They were quick to reply to our call and to come fix our leak, even in their busy season! Incredible technology- they checked the entire pool so we know they got the leak. Ed noticed a lump where the leak was and explained it could be a rock that would get progressively worse. He put on his scuba gear and checked it out and found a 2x 2 pc of broken PVC ( debris, not one of our lines) it had jagged edges and would have sliced our liner open eventually. We are so happy / not cheap but better than replacing a liner – ours is only 6 yrs old. We would absolutely use them again. The bonus is Sam & Ed are nice and personable, and efficient in their work . ????

A great experience! They came out to help open our pool that hasn’t been touched in almost 3 years, smelled like death, and got it up and running for our family. They even gave us money saving tips, instructions on how to run the pool to avoid the high cost of maintenance contracts, and any follow up information we would need they would just be a phone call away. FYI they specialize in Leak Repair so doing this work was out of their normal activities but realized we needed the help so they came and did everything we needed. I would recommend them to all, those who want to run their pools themselves for their knowledge with experience and those who want the hand free professional care.

I used NJ pool patcher after opening my pool and discovering half the water gone. As expected they found a leak in the steps along with a few other small leaks that they patched up.. very professional company and would highly recommend. They did a great job of fitting me in as soon as possible and we here for about an hour. Very detailed in there work. The level.of communication leading up to the appointment was exceptional. Very satisfied and would use again in the future if needed.

These guys are the best and very professional. When I opened my pool for the season, they initially found 11 holes in my vinyl liner and patched them up in about an hour. I say “initially” because I asked them to come back as the water level was still dropping after I had cleaned out the pool. After a couple of days, they came back and found an additional 2 holes and a major tear in the deepest part of the pool, which was probably caused by my automated vacuum as per Ed. They patched it up in less than an hour and did not charge me for the second visit!!!! Excellent customer service, and highly recommended!!! Thanks again guys!!!

I have an older cement pool and a few days ago the water level started going down 1 1/2 inches a day. I was horrified. After trying to isolate the source, it became obvious that I had no way to find the leak, let alone fix it. Yesterday, Sunday morning, it was 8 am when I called this company and left a message. I was pleasantly surprised when Samantha returned my call an hour later from her car with her husband Ed. We spoke for a bit and after explaining my problem to them, Ed gave me some initial instructions and asked that I call him back after following them with the results. That evening, with water still dropping I called Ed again and he promised to squeeze me in today, Monday at 10 am.
He and Sam arrived right on time and got to work. Within 2 hours he had found the leak ( it was in the main bottom drain ), put his scuba gear on and dove in to find and fix the exact problem. As we speak, my pool filter is running, the water level is steady. A problem that I thought was going to take weeks to even diagnose was fixed 24 hours after my first call to this great small business.
I heartily recommend Ed and Samantha of NJ POOL PATCHER to anyone who finds themselves with a leaking pool. They were professional and very pleasant as well. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

After multiple pool repair companies discussed removing 1/2 my pool surround and still never committing they could solve the leaks, I found Pool Patchers. In 1 trip they isolated the leak, confirmed no other leaks, and were able to repair right away. 2 years of issues solved in one trip. Samantha and Ed were a pleasure to work with. I recommend them to anyone with a pool leak.

Found the leak in 5 minutes, patched it been good since. It’s been over a month now. Good quality patch that will not come off. After they found the hole they still went over the whole pool 20×40 with a deep end and checked for any additional leaks. My liner is 10 years old but in really good shape. Would recommend these guys to anybody!!

Cant speak highly enough of Sam and Ed. They responded to my voicemails promptly. They asked us to go through steps before scheduling a date to come out to find the leak in our pool. Those steps were diagnostic for us. This ultimately prevented them from having to visit whilst at the same time saving us a lot of money. We were able to isolate the leak and they guided us through how to repair it. How many companies do you know that would do that?
