I hired NJ Pool Patcher due to their experience in pool leak detection. We had significant water loss when our Polaris pool cleaner kicked on. We wanted to be sure no other areas were effected. Ed detected the exact location of the leak and assured us that the other areas of our pool (pool light, spa, returns, etc) were fine. He was courteous, clean, professional and gave us various options to consider for repairing. He had recommended a repair company, who we used and did a fabulous job in the repair. To date, have had no further water loss. I would highly recommend NJ Pool Patcher.

I have an older cement pool and a few days ago the water level started going down 1 1/2 inches a day. I was horrified. After trying to isolate the source, it became obvious that I had no way to find the leak, let alone fix it. Yesterday, Sunday morning, it was 8 am when I called this company and left a message. I was pleasantly surprised when Samantha returned my call an hour later from her car with her husband Ed. We spoke for a bit and after explaining my problem to them, Ed gave me some initial instructions and asked that I call him back after following them with the results. That evening, with water still dropping I called Ed again and he promised to squeeze me in today, Monday at 10 am.
He and Sam arrived right on time and got to work. Within 2 hours he had found the leak ( it was in the main bottom drain ), put his scuba gear on and dove in to find and fix the exact problem. As we speak, my pool filter is running, the water level is steady. A problem that I thought was going to take weeks to even diagnose was fixed 24 hours after my first call to this great small business.
I heartily recommend Ed and Samantha of NJ POOL PATCHER to anyone who finds themselves with a leaking pool. They were professional and very pleasant as well. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

Highly recommend him. He came within 24 hours of calling about a pool leak. He found it and repaired it just like he said he would. A while after he left I noticed another problem that seemed unrelated to the leak. When I explained the problem he came back the very next day and knew exactly where to look and how to fix that too… which he did without any additional charge. Integrity and honesty go a long way in any business. He conducts himself with both!

Good service. Great job finding the leak and repairing it! Service was very timely, especially when they found out the extent of the leak through our correspondence. Not inexpensive but work is top quality.

Pricey, BUT it is a seasonal business, Accommodated our time frame, prompt and courteous service, found underground leak within 1 hour. You get what you pay for. Would recommend!

NJ Pool Patchers was great. They dont install liners so they are there to find your leak (or multiple leaks) and give you an honest assessment of your liner. Husband and wife team come with no hassle, give you guidance before they come to be sure they are the right team, give a set price, and promise to find the leak(s)! Two weeks later after two patches applied (no silly cost per patch) and pool is losing no more water!!! Highly recommended.

Im glad i called them! They were able to relieve all the stresses i had about my leak, and pinpointed exactly where it was. They are super nice and helpful as well with any questions you may have. I highly recommend them if you have any leaks you are concerned about.

They were an answer to my pool-owner’s prayer. Despite the busy season, they returned my call quickly, listened to my tale of woe, and made time to stop by much sooner than anticipated. And that quick look-see identified the problem (which others had misdiagnosed), answered my questions, and gave me a reasonable action plan. They are the BEST! Thank you to Seth at Leslies Pools in Eatontown for the referral. If you are in this area and have a problem, start there. And their chemicals are the most reliable, too. Doesn’t pay to go cut-rate.

I had a leak in my pool and came across NJ pool patcher and saw all the great reviews so I decided to give them a call. Sam got back to me right away and had me do some tests to figure out if it was either the pipes or the shell of the pool. After the tests we determined it was definitely the shell of the pool. Sam was awesome she walked me through the all the steps and called back the next day to see where we were at with everything and what has to happen next. She scheduled me in for Saturday and once her and Ed arrived within 10 minutes they found the tear in my vinyl and immediately began to do the repair. Ed & Sam were both very professional and easy to talk with and they arent out to overcharge you for things you didnt need like other companies I called in the past. I would recommend NJ pool patcher to anyone who is in need of their services you cant go wrong with Ed & Sam they will take care of you all the way from the initial phone call to when they get to your house to do the repairs. Great experience and would definitely be calling them again if Im in need of their services.

Poolpatcher was great!!! They were quick to reply to our call and to come fix our leak, even in their busy season! Incredible technology- they checked the entire pool so we know they got the leak. Ed noticed a lump where the leak was and explained it could be a rock that would get progressively worse. He put on his scuba gear and checked it out and found a 2x 2 pc of broken PVC ( debris, not one of our lines) it had jagged edges and would have sliced our liner open eventually. We are so happy / not cheap but better than replacing a liner – ours is only 6 yrs old. We would absolutely use them again. The bonus is Sam & Ed are nice and personable, and efficient in their work . ????

Instead of those other diving companies do yourself a favor and start here. They were able to quickly diagnosis my leak and fix it within an hour. Thank you again for your honesty and diagnoses. I would highly recommend their services to all.

Sam (and Ed) was outstanding! She was extremely busy during this pandemic Summer and wasn’t able to physically get up to north Jersey to see my pool. Instead we talked, texted and exchanged photos to troubleshoot the problem. She was VERY knowledgeable and willing to provide OUTSTANDING customer service. Together we solved the problem and my family is enjoying the pool once again.

We Can Highly recommend the services of NJ Pool Patch. They immediately recognize the amount of water our pool was leaking from our conversation and showed up the next day to pressure test and locate the leaks. They are a wonderful family owned business that truly care for their customers. They located the leaks, plugged them off and offered a solution to fix it.

I was loosing water all summer and trying to put off a major repair until next season I was unable to wait any longer so I called NJ Pool Patcher to come asses the situation.
