Ed was just terrific, very thorough and so pleasant! Had a serious water leak and they ran through all possible issues and found the problem….(s). They are worth the peace of mind now knowing I can enjoy my pool the remainder of the summer, which is still a good 10 weeks, very important! Overall price is fair, they are not cheap and in the range of all others doing this type of work and they check everything!

Pricey, BUT it is a seasonal business, Accommodated our time frame, prompt and courteous service, found underground leak within 1 hour. You get what you pay for. Would recommend!

Because they have so many customers and the word is getting around leading to more customers for them, I suggest calling them as soon as you think there is a problem. Apart from fixing the problem, they can diagnose it so you have advance knowledge what the issue is and how to deal with it.

I have an older cement pool and a few days ago the water level started going down 1 1/2 inches a day. I was horrified. After trying to isolate the source, it became obvious that I had no way to find the leak, let alone fix it. Yesterday, Sunday morning, it was 8 am when I called this company and left a message. I was pleasantly surprised when Samantha returned my call an hour later from her car with her husband Ed. We spoke for a bit and after explaining my problem to them, Ed gave me some initial instructions and asked that I call him back after following them with the results. That evening, with water still dropping I called Ed again and he promised to squeeze me in today, Monday at 10 am.
He and Sam arrived right on time and got to work. Within 2 hours he had found the leak ( it was in the main bottom drain ), put his scuba gear on and dove in to find and fix the exact problem. As we speak, my pool filter is running, the water level is steady. A problem that I thought was going to take weeks to even diagnose was fixed 24 hours after my first call to this great small business.
I heartily recommend Ed and Samantha of NJ POOL PATCHER to anyone who finds themselves with a leaking pool. They were professional and very pleasant as well. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

I contacted Pool Patchers after being told by Pool Company “10 year old liner…replace it” I left them a message, they called back promptly. I made appointment and they KEPT the appointment. They found 1 small hole in 15 minutes, patched it, checked for more just in case. Great work, and great people. They even said my liner is in good shape. So don’t assume you need a new liner until you meet with these people!!!

An Outstanding experience with Sam and Ed. Both Sam and Ed showed GREAT concern for my problem. They fit me in the next day, found the leak very quickly, and stopped it. If I could give more than five stars, I would. I would highly recommend them!

After multiple pool repair companies discussed removing 1/2 my pool surround and still never committing they could solve the leaks, I found Pool Patchers. FANTASTIC! Ed and Sam are one-of-a-kind in the world of pool repairs and leaks. I was losing immeasurable amounts of water, like almost 4 inches every 12 hours!!!! WHAT?!?! I was at a loss and very discouraged. Thinking maybe a price tag of multiple thousands. Well… they have the equipment that no one has, amazing to watch! Found the leak in MINUTES! Repaired in MINUTES, and all that without even diving into the water, all from the side of the pool. CRAZY! And at a fraction of the cost. SO SO THANKFUL for them and the work they do. I recommend to any and all who need not only a quick fix but an ACTUAL PERMANENT fix that does not mean a new liner or ripping up your whole patio/lawn. I couldn’t believe the stories and the pics they shared. They can even find plumbing leaks in exacts spots so you can isolate only that place underground and fix it there. They are FRIENDLY, CLEAN, AND ORGANIZED, and they came to help within ONE DAY of calling, prompt and excellent service. Great to talk with and get to know as well. Amazing!!! I cannot write enough wonderful things about Samantha and Ed, the owners. Our situation was challenging to say the least. They not only made it a priority to inspect the pool asap, but they also were able to pinpoint the leak which had eluded countless other pool specialists. I cant thank Ed enough for finding my leaks that I had 18000 people try to find that couldnt but took my money. So yes skeptical on anyone to find the problem. What a pleasure doing business with Ed and Sam. We spoke to Sam yesterday, sent her pictures of our sad leaking pool, and she scheduled us for the next day in the afternoon. Later on, she called back and squeezed us in for the next morning! Using their high-tech equipment, Ed found the leak in our pools light fixture. He put on his diving gear, went in the ice-cold pool water, and repaired the leak.

This company exceeded my expectations. I was impressed with Ed and his knowledge. I had issues with my in ground pool and needed verification of the pools plumbing lines prior to my concrete deck being poured. Ed came out during a terrential downpour because of my need to get this inspection done immediately and verified that all was good. Would definitely refer him. I appreciated the fact that he did this on Memorial day weekend and did not try to uncharge me. A class act.
