I wish I knew about this company sooner! They answered right away and had something on the schedule within 3 days! We had multiple companies come to our pool to determine why we were losing water. No one could pinpoint the issue until the Pool Patcher team came. They determined our liner was fine and it was actually an issue with how our stairs settled. They fixed the issue the same day for a competitive price and everything is on the up and up! Would highly recommend if you are experiencing and water loss or issues.
Ed was just terrific, very thorough and so pleasant! Had a serious water leak and they ran through all possible issues and found the problem….(s). They are worth the peace of mind now knowing I can enjoy my pool the remainder of the summer, which is still a good 10 weeks, very important! Overall price is fair, they are not cheap and in the range of all others doing this type of work and they check everything!

I love these people. I was having issues with my pool pump, which was the result of some kind of problem underground. Pool companies, including the one Ive been using for years, would barely even come out to give me an estimate – and the ones who did wanted a fortune to rip everything up without even attempting to isolate the problem (and thats if and when they could even fit the job in). And I almost paid it!!! I stumbled onto the NJ Pool Patcher website and figured Id give it a ditch effort before I dumped a ton of cash at this thing. my mind was that they were able to locate a hole in my line underground the size of what seemed like a grain of rice. Ed literally lifted up one single paver on my patio, and there was the leak. I couldnt believe the precision they managed to achieve. They are honest, on time, responsive and a truly trustworthy team. Not too mention, they saved me about 4 thousand dollars of unnecessary work – not including the mess Id have to clean up afterward! I called less than a week ago with a major pipe leak. Sam walked me through diagnostics (free of charge) and got me scheduled for the appropriate test asap. I cant speak highly enough of this pair. Ed is a magician at finding underground pipe leaks without even digging a hole. Ive never seen anything like it. Found a leak in my skimmer in less than an hour when 3 other companies told me to replace all the pipes. Do not second guess. Go with NJ pool patch theyre the best in the business

NJ Pool Patcher fixed a leak that had been getting worse over the past several years. Technician was proficient at using state of the art equipment to listen for leaks. The work was very thorough and the entire subsurface area of the pool and all fittings were checked. A leak at a step jet flange was discovered and effectively repaired. Technician was very personable and explained exactly what was taking place during the troubleshooting and repair steps. I was very pleased with the entire experience and would recommend this pool service company to others.

I had been struggling forever to figure out where my pool was leaking. Pool patcher came in and found the problem so fast. They came out asap, were professional and easy to work with and even followed up the next day to check on everything!!!
Very friendly and personable, drove from a long distance to make it to my house towards the end of the day. They meticulously searched for the leak and found it in a place I never would have thought. They showed me the source of the leak, (jet control pipe detached in the steps into the pool) did the repair and turned on the pump to make sure it held. Suffice it to say, things are back to normal and I couldnt be happier. I highly recommend NJ Pool Patcher for any leaks associated with your pool. You wont find anyone better!
Great service. Had a leak in my pool, had 6 different pool companies try to fix it they all wanted to sell me liners, filters, new pipes etc. Some wanted to excavate the yard and jackhammer concrete. Ed and Sam diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. They didn’t try to sell us anything like all the rest. They are experts at what they do and highly recommend them for anyone who has a pool leak and doesn’t know what to do about it. Rock stars!

If I can give this company 10 stars I would. First , Sam and Ed are the kindest most professional people I have ever met. I have been battling a pool issue since last year and no one seemed to get it right. I was losing so much water in my pool, I was sure it would cost me tens of thousands of dollars to fix. From the very first call Sam put me at ease and I knew I found the right company to save me. They scheduled me for an appointment almost immediately, showed up on time and within 30 minutes located the issue. They took the time to explain everything that was going on and got me running. They could have easily suggested a fix that would have required me to pay thousands of dollars more. Instead, they showed me what I needed to do and even offered to help walk us through how to fix it ourselves so we did not have to shell out any more cash. In this day and age their honestly truly shocked me. We ended up chatting for a few more minutes and by the time they left I wanted them to come back for a BBQ. As silly as this sounds, I felt like I found new friends. They are an amazing, knowledgeable duo and I am forever grateful I found them on line. I will never use anyone else for my pool leaks.
