Pool Patcher was easy to work with from start to finish. When I called, someone actually answered and very thoroughly answered my questions, as well as led me through some tests I could perform on my own. They came out to diagnose and repair my pool within three days of my phone call, and I have not had a leak since! I cant thank NJ Pool Patcher enough. If you have any problems with your pool, I would highly recommend them. I moved into a house with a pool that had constant issues, leaks, etc. After spending thousands of dollars and using numerous different pool companies, these guys finally solved my problem. They were extremely friendly, responsive and helpful. Spent a half hour on the phone with me trying to alleviate my issue, without knowing me or charging me a dime. I wasnt able to fix the problem myself but 2 days later they did. After having such bad experiences with different pool companies NJ Pool Patch was such a relief. Thank you!!

Highly recommend him. He came within 24 hours of calling about a pool leak. He found it and repaired it just like he said he would. A while after he left I noticed another problem that seemed unrelated to the leak. When I explained the problem he came back the very next day and knew exactly where to look and how to fix that too… which he did without any additional charge. Integrity and honesty go a long way in any business. He conducts himself with both!

What true professionals! Even before providing any service, Ed reviewed pictures we provided and gave a lot of great information to educate us on the process and expectations. They were totally professional, accommodating and thorough. Calls were returned as they promised and they were able to move up our original schedule to help us get this resolved quickly. Great equipment to find the culprit, great repair to resolve it and most of all great people. Somehow they made having a leaky pipe a relaxing experience. Highly recommended !!

I hired NJ Pool Patcher due to their experience in pool leak detection. We had significant water loss when our Polaris pool cleaner kicked on. We wanted to be sure no other areas were effected. Ed detected the exact location of the leak and assured us that the other areas of our pool (pool light, spa, returns, etc) were fine. He was courteous, clean, professional and gave us various options to consider for repairing. He had recommended a repair company, who we used and did a fabulous job in the repair. To date, have had no further water loss. I would highly recommend NJ Pool Patcher.

Highly recommended ! Last week after the snow I saw my pool cover slowly going down lower, and lower. I called many places but nobody called me back. I found NJ Pool Patcher on the internet. They called me back in about an hour later. I explained my issue and they booked me in. Ed and Samantha are the bomb! They came out next day after I called to tell them about my water loss. They diagnosed a few minor problems and fixed them (in spite of the ginormous spiders) and were able to identify the large source of water loss past one of my skimmers. They recommended I that I shut the skimmer down for the season and run on one skimmer and fix after the season. I never had a better pool water season for swimming! With the loss of one skimmer, I had sparkling water all season as they predicted. They returned to fix it and the fix was bigger than anticipated so they located a pool company to come out and hand over the job. Ed and Samantha are super chill and the nicest people. They are the only ones to call for a leak!
