What true professionals! Even before providing any service, Ed reviewed pictures we provided and gave a lot of great information to educate us on the process and expectations. They were totally professional, accommodating and thorough. Calls were returned as they promised and they were able to move up our original schedule to help us get this resolved quickly. Great equipment to find the culprit, great repair to resolve it and most of all great people. Somehow they made having a leaky pipe a relaxing experience. Highly recommended !!

I hired NJ Pool Patcher due to their experience in pool leak detection. We had significant water loss when our Polaris pool cleaner kicked on. We wanted to be sure no other areas were effected. Ed detected the exact location of the leak and assured us that the other areas of our pool (pool light, spa, returns, etc) were fine. He was courteous, clean, professional and gave us various options to consider for repairing. He had recommended a repair company, who we used and did a fabulous job in the repair. To date, have had no further water loss. I would highly recommend NJ Pool Patcher.

After noticing a large drop in my pool water I contacted Ed on Saturday. Amazingly enough he came to the house the very next day. I was impressed by his knowledge, professionalism and having a trusting manner. He was able to identify the leak and make the necessary repair. I would highly recommend this company

Extremely satisfied with the service that was provided by Ed at NJ Pool Patcher. He spent a good 10 minutes on the phone with me making sure it wasnt something I could fix on my own without having to spend on his services. HIs pricing was also better than some other companies I had reached out to for the same services. He Performed a thorough review of my concrete pool and located the leak. He gave me a price on the spot to have his partner company come out and perform the repair which I also thought was very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Called on a Monday morning about a leak in my pool and came out that afternoon. Ed was able to locate the leak quickly and fix the leak within a couple hours. Perfectly professional and responsive! We had a leak and were losing so much water. The team came right out, used sonar detection and found a large tear in the bottom of our pool. They patched it up and it’s resolved! They offer a standard price, not hourly like other companies. So it’s in their best interest to find your problem and fix it quickly. They were knowledgeable, friendly and did a great job!

After dealing with our local pool company due to an extreme leak in our inground pools vinyl liner and having no success in detection, I contacted NJ Pool Patcher. In contacting them I was extremely impressed with their quick response time. After initial evaluation and a self testing where I was given instruction on how to perform the testing (to save the customer money?) a large hole was detected and repaired. This company is knowledgeable, dependable and has integrity. I have already recommended them to a person having a problem with their pool and will continued to do so. I would highly recommend this company.

Sam and Ed are awesome! I am DIY re taking care of plumbing, but wanted to make sure there were no underground leaks. Even though they found no leaks, they went above and beyond to find the real issue!

If I can give this company 10 stars I would. First , Sam and Ed are the kindest most professional people I have ever met. I have been battling a pool issue since last year and no one seemed to get it right. I was losing so much water in my pool, I was sure it would cost me tens of thousands of dollars to fix. From the very first call Sam put me at ease and I knew I found the right company to save me. They scheduled me for an appointment almost immediately, showed up on time and within 30 minutes located the issue. They took the time to explain everything that was going on and got me running. They could have easily suggested a fix that would have required me to pay thousands of dollars more. Instead, they showed me what I needed to do and even offered to help walk us through how to fix it ourselves so we did not have to shell out any more cash. In this day and age their honestly truly shocked me. We ended up chatting for a few more minutes and by the time they left I wanted them to come back for a BBQ. As silly as this sounds, I felt like I found new friends. They are an amazing, knowledgeable duo and I am forever grateful I found them on line. I will never use anyone else for my pool leaks. Truly amazing. Thank you guys so much! Please come back to hang and swim with us, we would welcome the opportunity to repay your kindness. The best!

I recently had Ed come to my house for a leak. He found the leak made some suggestion to get the repair taken care of temporarily so I could use the pool for the remainder of the season, and will do the full repair come the fall. Thanks for a great job! Kudos to Ed & Sam!

We were losing water from our inground pool at the rate of 2 inches per day. Ed from NJ Pool Patcher was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He found the small tear in our liner and repaired it quickly for a very reasonable price. He also answered all of our follow up questions. I would definitely recommend them!!

These guys are the best and very professional. When I opened my pool for the season, they initially found 11 holes in my vinyl liner and patched them up in about an hour. I say “initially” because I asked them to come back as the water level was still dropping after I had cleaned out the pool. After a couple of days, they came back and found an additional 2 holes and a major tear in the deepest part of the pool, which was probably caused by my automated vacuum as per Ed. They patched it up in less than an hour and did not charge me for the second visit!!!! Excellent customer service, and highly recommended!!! Thanks again guys!!!

Intelligent and ethical company!! You won’t find many businesses like this anymore. Spoke to Ed about an air leak on my pool pump that had been diagnosed by several other pool companies who were not able to fix the problem.
