This was absolutely a great experience with this company. My pool was closed up and winterized when I realized that I was loosing water. I apologize if I get the names wrong , but Ed and Max were great. They spent about 5 hours, in chilly weather, going over every inch of the pool. Several leaks were found and patched. Day two and the pool is still holding its level. They werent satisfied with two days of holding the level, they want me to check again in a few days, then let them know. Would highly recommend this company.

We noticed that our pool was losing water at a fairly significant rate. I called NJ Pool Patcher and spoke with Sam. She immediately started asking questions to ascertain whether the pool was leaking from the liner or whether it had to do with the pump and returns. They scheduled me for a service call within 2 days and were right on time. They went through the entire process and were meticulous until they uncovered the specific location of the leak. Ed employed technology using advanced leak detection which literally pinpointed where the water was escaping. Had we ignored the leak and let it continue the damage could have been considerable. I called a few companies and they all gave me their sales pitch on why they were the best. I could not recommend NJ Pool Patcher more highly. They were honest, thorough and genuinely good people. Hopefully we don’t experience any more significant issues, but if we do, NJ Pool Patcher will be the first call I make.

Ed and Samantha are the best. They arrived on time and found our problem in a half an hour of testing. They discussed all of our options with us and saved us a fortune. We wish our pool company referred us to Ed instead of the diver who was essentially a waste of money. We highly Suggest you call Ed first if you are losing water.

Excellent communication and even better customer service! Easily set up an appointment, where they arrived on time, and were able to quickly diagnose the root cause of my problem. They even provided me with some knowledge and guidance for preventing the problem from occurring in the future. Absolute pleasure to deal with as they are extremely professional, courteous, solved my problem, and their pricing was great!

Amazing. Ed contacted me the day before he was due to service the pool and again 10 minutes before he arrived that day. He was courteous and professional and very efficient in the process of locating and repairing the leak in my above ground vinyl liner. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend it.

After two days without a pool due to massive water loss, Pool Patcher pulled into our driveway, pulled out some high tech electronic gear, detected the exact location of the leak, repaired the leaking steps and had us up and running within two hours. Called on a Monday morning about a leak in my pool and came out that afternoon. Ed was able to locate the leak quickly and fix the leak within a couple hours. These guys are the best and very professional. When I opened my pool for the season, they initially found 11 holes in my vinyl liner and patched them up in about an hour. I say “initially” because I asked them to come back as the water level was still dropping after I had cleaned out the pool. After a couple of days, they came back and found an additional 2 holes and a major tear in the deepest part of the pool, which was probably caused by my automated vacuum as per Ed. They patched it up in less than an hour and did not charge me for the second visit!!!! Excellent customer service, and highly recommended!!! Thanks again guys!!!

I have an older cement pool and a few days ago the water level started going down 1 1/2 inches a day. I was horrified. After trying to isolate the source, it became obvious that I had no way to find the leak, let alone fix it. Yesterday, Sunday morning, it was 8 am when I called this company and left a message. I was pleasantly surprised when Samantha returned my call an hour later from her car with her husband Ed. We spoke for a bit and after explaining my problem to them, Ed gave me some initial instructions and asked that I call him back after following them with the results. That evening, with water still dropping I called Ed again and he promised to squeeze me in today, Monday at 10 am.
He and Sam arrived right on time and got to work. Within 2 hours he had found the leak ( it was in the main bottom drain ), put his scuba gear on and dove in to find and fix the exact problem. As we speak, my pool filter is running, the water level is steady. A problem that I thought was going to take weeks to even diagnose was fixed 24 hours after my first call to this great small business.
I heartily recommend Ed and Samantha of NJ POOL PATCHER to anyone who finds themselves with a leaking pool. They were professional and very pleasant as well. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

Technician was proficient at using state of the art equipment to listen for leaks. The work was very thorough and the entire subsurface area of the pool and all fittings were checked. A leak at a step jet flange was discovered and effectively repaired. Technician was very personable and explained exactly what was taking place during the troubleshooting and repair steps. I was very pleased with the entire experience and would recommend this pool service company to others.

We were losing water from our inground pool at the rate of 2 inches per day. Ed from NJ Pool Patcher was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He found the small tear in our liner and repaired it quickly for a very reasonable price. He also answered all of our follow up questions. I would definitely recommend them!!

Great service. Had a leak in my pool, had 6 different pool companies try to fix it they all wanted to sell me liners, filters, new pipes etc. Some wanted to excavate the yard and jackhammer concrete. Ed and Sam diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. They didn’t try to sell us anything like all the rest. They are experts at what they do and highly recommend them for anyone who has a pool leak and doesn’t know what to do about it. Rock stars!
