Our pool was having multiple issues w pressure, filtration, suction-you name it…and thought it was going to cost us an arm and a leg to get straightened out. We were referred to Ed and couldnt be ANY happier! He came out, located the issue immediately and realized that everything was all bc termites had begun to eat through a small section of flex pipe (wood based apparently). Their pricing is beyond fair, their workmanship is excellent and their customer service is outstanding. Cant say enough good things about them and their work!!!!

NJ Pool Patcher fixed a leak that had been getting worse over the past several years. Ed and Samantha were responsive and worked with me over the phone to narrow down the issue (saving all of us some time). Awesome service at a fair and transparent price (easily beating their competitors). I hope I don’t have another leak, but if I do, I’ll definitely go back to them!

What a pleasure doing business with Ed and Sam. We spoke to Sam yesterday, sent her pictures of our sad leaking pool, and she scheduled us for the next day in the afternoon. Later on, she called back and squeezed us in for the next morning! Using their high-tech equipment, Ed found the leak in our pools light fixture. He put on his diving gear, went in the ice-cold pool water, and repaired the leak.

Amazing!!! I cannot write enough wonderful things about Samantha and Ed, the owners. Our situation was challenging to say the least. They not only made it a priority to inspect the pool asap, but they also were able to pinpoint the leak which had eluded countless other pool specialists. Amazing. Ed contacted me the day before he was due to service the pool and again 10 minutes before he arrived that day. He was courteous and professional and very efficient in the process of locating and repairing the leak in my above ground vinyl liner. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend it.

They dont typically service this area but made a special trip. They were efficient and professional using state of the art equipment. They found the leak and fixed. In addition they are so very personable! You will not regret calling them.

Called on a Monday morning about a leak in my pool and came out that afternoon. Ed was able to locate the leak quickly and fix the leak within a couple hours. A great experience! They came out to help open our pool that hasn’t been touched in almost 3 years, smelled like death, and got it up and running for our family. They even gave us money saving tips, instructions on how to run the pool to avoid the high cost of maintenance contracts, and any follow up information we would need they would just be a phone call away. FYI they specialize in Leak Repair so doing this work was out of their normal activities but realized we needed the help so they came and did everything we needed. I would recommend them to all, those who want to run their pools themselves for their knowledge with experience and those who want the hand free professional care.

Sam and Ed are awesome! I am DIY re taking care of plumbing, but wanted to make sure there were no underground leaks. Even though they found no leaks, they went above and beyond to find the real issue!

I had a leak in my pool and came across NJ pool patcher and saw all the great reviews so I decided to give them a call. Sam got back to me right away and had me do some tests to figure out if it was either the pipes or the shell of the pool. After the tests we determined it was definitely the shell of the pool. Sam was awesome she walked me through the all the steps and called back the next day to see where we were at with everything and what has to happen next. She scheduled me in for Saturday and once her and Ed arrived within 10 minutes they found the tear in my vinyl and immediately began to do the repair. Ed & Sam were both very professional and easy to talk with and they arent out to overcharge you for things you didnt need like other companies I called in the past. I would recommend NJ pool patcher to anyone who is in need of their services you cant go wrong with Ed & Sam they will take care of you all the way from the initial phone call to when they get to your house to do the repairs. Great experience and would definitely be calling them again if Im in need of their services.

This is a 5 star company. I called because my pool lost about 10 inches of water over night. They came out the same day and used some sonar device, found two holes and patched. They checked up a couple days later and everything has been great since. I highly recommend!!
