I hired NJ Pool Patcher due to their experience in pool leak detection. We had significant water loss when our Polaris pool cleaner kicked on. We wanted to be sure no other areas were effected. Ed detected the exact location of the leak and assured us that the other areas of our pool (pool light, spa, returns, etc) were fine. He was courteous, clean, professional and gave us various options to consider for repairing. He had recommended a repair company, who we used and did a fabulous job in the repair. To date, have had no further water loss. I would highly recommend NJ Pool Patcher.

Very friendly and personable, drove from a long distance to make it to my house towards the end of the day. They meticulously searched for the leak and found it in a place I never would have thought. They showed me the source of the leak, (jet control pipe detached in the steps into the pool) did the repair and turned on the pump to make sure it held. Suffice it to say, things are back to normal and I couldnt be happier. I highly recommend NJ Pool Patcher for any leaks associated with your pool. You wont find anyone better!

This company exceeded my expectations. I was impressed with Ed and his knowledge. I had issues with my in ground pool and needed verification of the pools plumbing lines prior to my concrete deck being poured. Ed came out during a terrential downpour because of my need to get this inspection done immediately and verified that all was good. Would definitely refer him. I appreciated the fact that he did this on Memorial day weekend and did not try to uncharge me. A class act.

Intelligent and ethical company!! You won’t find many businesses like this anymore. Spoke to Ed about an air leak on my pool pump that had been diagnosed by several other pool companies who were not able to fix the problem. Ed was able to help me find the leak over the phone at no charge!! This company really cares about customer service and are actual pool professionals. Had a slow water leak in my in-ground pool. They came out right away and were very methodical in their approach. They determined where the leak was. We were able to isolate and bypass the leak.

Ed was just terrific, very thorough and so pleasant! Had a serious water leak and they ran through all possible issues and found the problem….(s). They are worth the peace of mind now knowing I can enjoy my pool the remainder of the summer, which is still a good 10 weeks, very important! Overall price is fair, they are not cheap and in the range of all others doing this type of work and they check everything!

Found the leak in 5 minutes, patched it been good since. It’s been over a month now. Good quality patch that will not come off. After they found the hole they still went over the whole pool 20×40 with a deep end and checked for any additional leaks. My liner is 10 years old but in really good shape. Would recommend these guys to anybody!!

Great service. Had a leak in my pool, had 6 different pool companies try to fix it they all wanted to sell me liners, filters, new pipes etc. Some wanted to excavate the yard and jackhammer concrete. Ed and Sam diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. They didn’t try to sell us anything like all the rest. They are experts at what they do and highly recommend them for anyone who has a pool leak and doesn’t know what to do about it. Rock stars!

If anyone has an issue with there pool I can not endorse anyone more than NJ Pool Patcher. The are the best at what they do, and are excellent at how they do it.

This was absolutely a great experience with this company. My pool was closed up and winterized when I realized that I was loosing water. I apologize if I get the names wrong , but Ed and Max were great. They spent about 5 hours, in chilly weather, going over every inch of the pool. Several leaks were found and patched. Day two and the pool is still holding its level. They werent satisfied with two days of holding the level, they want me to check again in a few days, then let them know. Would highly recommend this company.

Legit 5 Star business. They were responsive, helpful, timely and even came out late Sunday afternoon to service my pool. They were able to diagnosis the leak in my pool quickly and were able to repair it the same day! all for a fair price. Both Sam and Ed spent time on the phone with me walking me through some testing they wanted me to do before coming out. I spoke to them several times and never felt rushed or dismissed. They also followed up after their visit to make sure everything was ok! they are really hardworking nice people that know what they are doing.

Ed and Samantha were lifesavers to us. The pool was leaking from an unknown source and other companies were too busy to come but NJ Pool Patchers made the time even though they were swamped. Very nice people to deal with and they were able to locate the problem.

A+ company! For the last couple of years my in ground pool has been experiencing extreme water loss. My regular pool company could not find any leaks (who knows if they even checked) and recommended that I use a water leveler to fix the water loss issue. I knew this wasnt the correct fix, so I called NJ Pool Patcher. Sam and Ed are awesome. They are professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable, rare qualities in a company nowadays. They came out and identified a return pipe that was leaking and a crack in the fiberglass. They fixed both the same day. They also kept me abreast of the status of the testing in real time via text and phone as I was unable to be at the house. I highly recommend NJ Pool Patcher and if I have any other issues with my pool, I know who I am calling.

I contacted Pool Patchers after being told by Pool Company “10 year old liner…replace it” I left them a message, they called back promptly. I made appointment and they KEPT the appointment. They found 1 small hole in 15 minutes, patched it, checked for more just in case. Great work, and great people. They even said my liner is in good shape. So don’t assume you need a new liner until you meet with these people!!!

I have an older cement pool and a few days ago the water level started going down 1 1/2 inches a day. I was horrified. After trying to isolate the source, it became obvious that I had no way to find the leak, let alone fix it. Yesterday, Sunday morning, it was 8 am when I called this company and left a message. I was pleasantly surprised when Samantha returned my call an hour later from her car with her husband Ed. We spoke for a bit and after explaining my problem to them, Ed gave me some initial instructions and asked that I call him back after following them with the results. That evening, with water still dropping I called Ed again and he promised to squeeze me in today, Monday at 10 am.
He and Sam arrived right on time and got to work. Within 2 hours he had found the leak ( it was in the main bottom drain ), put his scuba gear on and dove in to find and fix the exact problem. As we speak, my pool filter is running, the water level is steady. A problem that I thought was going to take weeks to even diagnose was fixed 24 hours after my first call to this great small business.
I heartily recommend Ed and Samantha of NJ POOL PATCHER to anyone who finds themselves with a leaking pool. They were professional and very pleasant as well. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

If I can give this company 10 stars I would. First , Sam and Ed are the kindest most professional people I have ever met. I have been battling a pool issue since last year and no one seemed to get it right. I was losing so much water in my pool, I was sure it would cost me tens of thousands of dollars to fix. From the very first call Sam put me at ease and I knew I found the right company to save me. They scheduled me for an appointment almost immediately, showed up on time and within 30 minutes located the issue. They took the time to explain everything that was going on and got me running. They could have easily suggested a fix that would have required me to pay thousands of dollars more. Instead, they showed me what I needed to do and even offered to help walk us through how to fix it ourselves so we did not have to shell out any more cash. In this day and age their honestly truly shocked me. We ended up chatting for a few more minutes and by the time they left I wanted them to come back for a BBQ. As silly as this sounds, I felt like I found new friends. They are an amazing, knowledgeable duo and I am forever grateful I found them on line. I will never use anyone else for my pool leaks.
