Legit 5 Star business. They were responsive, helpful, timely and even came out late Sunday afternoon to service my pool. They were able to diagnosis the leak in my pool quickly and were able to repair it the same day! all for a fair price. Both Sam and Ed spent time on the phone with me walking me through some testing they wanted me to do before coming out. I spoke to them several times and never felt rushed or dismissed. They also followed up after their visit to make sure everything was ok! they are really hardworking nice people that know what they are doing.

I had a fairly large leak in my vinyl liner; they were able to come out and patch it quickly. Looks great and has held up; would definitely recommend.

excellent service, very responsive, and generally just plain nice people. I can’t say enough about NJ Pool Patcher. They did a great job and were very professional. Should the need arise, I will be calling on them again for service, no doubt. Because they have so many customers and the word is getting around leading to more customers for them, I suggest calling them as soon as you think there is a problem. Apart from fixing the problem, they can diagnose it so you have advance knowledge what the issue is and how to deal with it.

i am very happy with the service i received, i almost forgot to winterize the pool and mike sent someone out today, they did a great job and now i wont stress out about busted pipes during the winter this year.

Since our pool was installed several years ago, we have been experiencing leaks to the extent of 0.5″ water per day. Upon recommendation of a local pool supply company, I contacted NJ Pool Patcher late on Sunday afternoon and made an appointment with Sam for the following Wednesday. They came on-time, spent a couple of hours using several pieces and types of test equipment and identified the elusive leak (I think, as the repair has not been made yet, so I cannot confirm the results). I particularly liked the straightfoward and thorough explanation provided by owner Ed, with his having me actually listen to the instrumentation the same way he did. To be honest, I initially considered the price to be a little high, considering the amount of time spent on-site. However, considering the cost of their equipment, travel time and the potential savings if I can finally stop losing water, it is probably appropriate. Sam and Ed were reputable, professional and a pleasure to deal with, so I would definitely recommend them to help find pool (and other types of) leaks.

A+ company! For the last couple of years my in ground pool has been experiencing extreme water loss. My regular pool company could not find any leaks (who knows if they even checked) and recommended that I use a water leveler to fix the water loss issue. I knew this wasnt the correct fix, so I called NJ Pool Patcher. Sam and Ed are awesome. They are professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable, rare qualities in a company nowadays. They came out and identified a return pipe that was leaking and a crack in the fiberglass. They fixed both the same day. They also kept me abreast of the status of the testing in real time via text and phone as I was unable to be at the house. I highly recommend NJ Pool Patcher and if I have any other issues with my pool, I know who I am calling.

I am so happy with the company! They are prompt about calling back, very communicative, and fixed the problem quickly. I like how they explained what they were doing so it was clear there was an issue being fixed and followed up after making sure I was satisfied.

We noticed that our pool was losing water at a fairly significant rate. I called NJ Pool Patcher and spoke with Sam. She immediately started asking questions to ascertain whether the pool was leaking from the liner or whether it had to do with the pump and returns. They scheduled me for a service call within 2 days and were right on time. They went through the entire process and were meticulous until they uncovered the specific location of the leak. Ed employed technology using advanced leak detection which literally pinpointed where the water was escaping. Had we ignored the leak and let it continue the damage could have been considerable. I called a few companies and they all gave me their sales pitch on why they were the best. I could not recommend NJ Pool Patcher more highly. They were honest, thorough and genuinely good people. Hopefully we don’t experience any more significant issues, but if we do, NJ Pool Patcher will be the first call I make.

I wish I knew about this company sooner! They answered right away and had something on the schedule within 3 days! We had multiple companies come to our pool to determine why we were losing water. No one could pinpoint the issue until the Pool Patcher team came. They determined our liner was fine and it was actually an issue with how our stairs settled. They fixed the issue the same day for a competitive price and everything is on the up and up! Would highly recommend if you are experiencing and water loss or issues.

Unfortunately, I was not able to use this company, because I am out of their area, but that did not stop Samantha from returning my call and sending me a video on how to test the pool and referring me to someone she recommends in my area. I wanted to write a review, because I was so impressed with this customer service despite them not making any money off of me.
