Pool Patcher was easy to work with from start to finish. When I called, someone actually answered and very thoroughly answered my questions, as well as led me through some tests I could perform on my own. They came out to diagnose and repair my pool within three days of my phone call, and I have not had a leak since! Were Super satisfied with their services and I highly recommend them to anyone with a leaky pool!

This team of pure professionals were punctual, courteous, friendly, and extremely informative about the entire detection and repair process.
They worked quickly and very efficiently together to locate my leak with their state of the art equipment, and were only to willing to patch it, resolving my issue on the spot.

These guys are friendly and professional. They always answered when I called, answered any questions I had and were able to fit me in at a very convenient time. They quickly found the issue and did the repair. Its not cheap, but you get what you pay for, and what I got was excellent service.

NJ Pool Patcher fixed a leak that had been getting worse over the past several years. Ed and Samantha were responsive and worked with me over the phone to narrow down the issue (saving all of us some time). Awesome service at a fair and transparent price (easily beating their competitors). I hope I don’t have another leak, but if I do, I’ll definitely go back to them!

Unfortunately, I was not able to use this company, because I am out of their area, but that did not stop Samantha from returning my call and sending me a video on how to test the pool and referring me to someone she recommends in my area. I wanted to write a review, because I was so impressed with this customer service despite them not making any money off of me.

Honest, Trustworthy and Professional. BEFORE they scheduled with me, they took the time to walk me through process of elimination to truly pinpoint where the issue/leak might be. They did this to save me $$$. Pool Patcher was one of our cheaper estimates and ended up solving our problem in only ONE DAY. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I have an inground pool through a recent home purchase so I opened the pool a bit early to get it up and running to deal with any issues prior to pool season. I realized quickly after the opening and initial cleaning that my water level dropped from the top of the skimmer to the bottom of the skimmer within hours each time I refilled it and my heart sank as I imagined what my water bill is going to be if I keep refilling the pool at this rate.
I called Ed on a Sunday morning (of all days, right?) and within 2 hours he called me back, gave me a homework assignment to help isolate what my issue could be, and even apologized for asking me to refill my pool. However it was the last time I had to refill it!! They came by within days to do their inspection and found the exact issue, and provided us with fix immediately!
I just called to bother Ed with the silliest question & he confirmed what a great human this company is run by. Please stop reading the reviews unless you want to be so excited to know that your leak will be fixed after calling Ed!

Ed and Samantha are the bomb! They came out next day after I called to tell them about my water loss. They diagnosed a few minor problems and fixed them (in spite of the ginormous spiders) and were able to identify the large source of water loss past one of my skimmers. They recommended I that I shut the skimmer down for the season and run on one skimmer and fix after the season. I never had a better pool water season for swimming! With the loss of one skimmer, I had sparkling water all season as they predicted. They returned to fix it and the fix was bigger than anticipated so they located a pool company to come out and hand over the job. Ed and Samantha are super chill and the nicest people. They are the only ones to call for a leak!

Very pleased with their service! In a time where most companies either don’t return your call or just don’t show up for scheduled appointments, they kept in touch with me from my first call and showed up when they said they would. Friendly, professional folks who really know their business – gave me great tips on my pool to boot! Would recommend them to anyone who need their pool serviced.

We noticed that our pool was losing water at a fairly significant rate. I called NJ Pool Patcher and spoke with Sam. She immediately started asking questions to ascertain whether the pool was leaking from the liner or whether it had to do with the pump and returns. They scheduled me for a service call within 2 days and were right on time. They went through the entire process and were meticulous until they uncovered the specific location of the leak. Ed employed technology using advanced leak detection which literally pinpointed where the water was escaping. Had we ignored the leak and let it continue the damage could have been considerable. I called a few companies and they all gave me their sales pitch on why they were the best. I could not recommend NJ Pool Patcher more highly. They were honest, thorough and genuinely good people. Hopefully we don’t experience any more significant issues, but if we do, NJ Pool Patcher will be the first call I make.

NJ Pool Patcher was excellent. I had to reschedule an appointment and they were so accommodating and friendly. I could tell they had plenty of experience, and despite being so busy, they fit us in. They found our problem right away and it took only about 15 minutes. Our line is crimped by a tree root. We actually enjoyed their visit as they were so friendly and fun, as well as knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend them as highly as I possibly can.
