NJ Pool Patchers was great. They dont install liners so they are there to find your leak (or multiple leaks) and give you an honest assessment of your liner. Husband and wife team come with no hassle, give you guidance before they come to be sure they are the right team, give a set price, and promise to find the leak(s)! Two weeks later after two patches applied (no silly cost per patch) and pool is losing no more water!!! Highly recommended.

A truly professional organization that really knows their stuff. On first visit, they made a clear cut diagnosis of why and where the pool was leaking – cracked pipe under paver patio next to the pool. They pinned down the location of the crack exactly so patio disturbance was minimized. Quickly came back and cut out the bad section and spliced in new pipe in a way that was better than the initial install by the pool company.
You won’t find anyone better in NJ for sure.

Almost a week since the repair and haven’t lost a molecule of water it seems. Was losing almost an inch a day before the repair.

Technician was proficient at using state of the art equipment to listen for leaks. The work was very thorough and the entire subsurface area of the pool and all fittings were checked. A leak at a step jet flange was discovered and effectively repaired. Technician was very personable and explained exactly what was taking place during the troubleshooting and repair steps. I was very pleased with the entire experience and would recommend this pool service company to others.

If a local pool repair/supply store tells you it will cost in excess of $10,000 to repair a broken pool line, don’t agree to it and CALL NJ POOL PATCHER IMMEDIATELY!!! Ed and Sam gave me an estimate and had the repair complete in a matter of a few days for LESS THAN $1,000. They are professional, courteous, and truthful in what it will take to repair your pool. I highly recommend them. THEY WILL SAVE YOU A LOT OF MONEY!!

Great service. Had a leak in my pool, had 6 different pool companies try to fix it they all wanted to sell me liners, filters, new pipes etc. Some wanted to excavate the yard and jackhammer concrete. Ed and Sam diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. They didn’t try to sell us anything like all the rest. They are experts at what they do and highly recommend them for anyone who has a pool leak and doesn’t know what to do about it. Rock stars!

Ed saved our summer. We had a major leak in our liner after we opened the pool. He came over in full scuba attire with some insane Sonar equipment and patched things up AT NIGHT! Super impressed. I hope I never have another leak again, but if I do, I’m calling Ed.

FANTASTIC! Ed and Sam are one-of-a-kind in the world of pool repairs and leaks. I was losing immeasurable amounts of water, like almost 4 inches every 12 hours!!!! WHAT?!?! I was at a loss and very discouraged. Thinking maybe a price tag of multiple thousands. Well… they have the equipment that no one has, amazing to watch! Found the leak in MINUTES! Repaired in MINUTES, and all that without even diving into the water, all from the side of the pool. CRAZY! And at a fraction of the cost. SO SO THANKFUL for them and the work they do. I recommend to any and all who need not only a quick fix but an ACTUAL PERMANENT fix that does not mean a new liner or ripping up your whole patio/lawn. I couldn’t believe the stories and the pics they shared. They can even find plumbing leaks in exacts spots so you can isolate only that place underground and fix it there. They are FRIENDLY, CLEAN, AND ORGANIZED, and they came to help within ONE DAY of calling, prompt and excellent service. Great to talk with and get to know as well. The patch is beautiful, barely noticeable, and I am holding water perfectly now. I wish every home service company was as cordial, excellent, and thorough as Ed and Sam. Don’t hesitate. If you’re losing water, call them right away. You will get your summer back in mere moments!!!!

If I can give this company 10 stars I would. First , Sam and Ed are the kindest most professional people I have ever met. I have been battling a pool issue since last year and no one seemed to get it right. I was losing so much water in my pool, I was sure it would cost me tens of thousands of dollars to fix. From the very first call Sam put me at ease and I knew I found the right company to save me. They scheduled me for an appointment almost immediately, showed up on time and within 30 minutes located the issue. They took the time to explain everything that was going on and got me running. They could have easily suggested a fix that would have required me to pay thousands of dollars more. Instead, they showed me what I needed to do and even offered to help walk us through how to fix it ourselves so we did not have to shell out any more cash. In this day and age their honestly truly shocked me. We ended up chatting for a few more minutes and by the time they left I wanted them to come back for a BBQ. As silly as this sounds, I felt like I found new friends. They are an amazing, knowledgeable duo and I am forever grateful I found them on line. I will never use anyone else for my pool leaks.
